I used this company Friday. I got Kelly Crowne NP for my appt. I told her many signs of infection and all she prescribed was prescription Flonase for $60 when it’s on the shelf for $30 and to no surprise it didn’t work. Out over $120 and still just as sick. Don’t bother with these people. Customer service just throws you on hold as well
I had a consultation for a specific medication, which the consultation itself was $50
And the consultant refused to prescribe it because it wasnt FDA approved, although it was recommended and I got prescribed many times for it (its 2.5mg oral minoxidil)
Then i asked for a refund and he said no because we already had the consultation. Its a scam and all they care about is your money, not your health or wellbeing.
I used them once and never using them again. In October I had a life threatening tachycardia issue which their Dr. treated very lightly. Without going it, all I can say is avoid this service if the Dr’s they hire is as non-caring as that 1 was.
Sesame is not working! So frustrating! Just a blank white page and the boxes to log in do not show up. Last month when I first got this app, Sesame would not work with my camera!
The provider was 25 minutes late, he was rude, said he sent the rx, and hung up in the middle of the call without warning. I tried to reach out to him but the this app app says “message failed” to prevent you from leaving reviews or reaching out to customer service. I tried to call customer service but they didn’t answer. This is beyond a scam.
I’ve had good and bad experiences. However twice in a row a doctor missed my appointment to refill my mental health meds.
I have to use this service through website. Sesame doesn’t even allow me to login. Despite that, the telehealth doctor quality is very good and would recommend.
I would recommend this app to anyone! The easiest, less expensive than anyone else and very convenient! Thanks!

Used Sesame to see a doctor at 11pm yesterday - and thank goodness I did!! The this app doctor I spoke to was so incredibly attentive despite it being so late in the night 😅I have my Rx already in hand and couldn’t be happier with the service. 5 stars!!!!!

Easy to use
I currently do not have insurance and I am having a hard time finding a provider who is taking new patients (recently moved and there is a big shortage of providers in Iowa). this app has helped get me through with my maintenance meds and I feel like I get just as good of a checkup as in person.
