I signed up for a free trial. I tried using it for just a few minutes and could tell it was not worth it. I tried to cancel after maybe 10 minutes and am stuck paying for a year. I have tried to get a refund or maybe just pay for a week. No response!

Big scam, as soon as you start using the trial period you are being charged the $39 dollars a month, carefully read the TOS, big scam and expensive app

If you’re darker than fair skinned FaceHub isn’t for you. It doesn’t change the skin tone. It also doesn’t really change the face either. White washed app…

This doesn’t even work close to the way they show it. Thank goodness I didn’t pay full price. Activated and deactivated in less than an hour

I have another app like this. It makes any face I put on a different face look real. I wanted to get this one for a back up in case the other one glitched.
The other one I have is so far superior to this one it’s laughable! Comparing FaceHub to the one I have is like comparing ramen noodles to filet mignon. It is not even close. I wish I could get my $4.99 back!

First of all, be very careful with FaceHub, it says in big letters free trial then charged me $40.
I thought I would have a free trial. And if I kept it longer than that,
THEN be charged. But I was charged $40 immediately.
While I was testing it, I chose a video and I chose a face to change , when the video was completed, nothing had been done.

I’m disabled and on a fixed income each month. AARP suggests elderly people play games that require using the mind to solve puzzles to help our minds stay engaged. The games that I play come with ads. One of the many ads was one for a free trial of this app.

The download instructions said cancel one day before the subscription expires to prevent paying for a subscription. I wanted to try the face swapping video part of FaceHub and downloaded it to test it. The results were terrible so I deleted the video, deleted FaceHub (all within 15 minutes of testing FaceHub ). The next morning I received an email from Apple saying I had been billed $39.00 for a year’s subscription.

I immediately requested a refund from Apple and was denied. I sent a second refund request to Apple explaining that the this app app advertising was very misleading and again I was denied a refund. I tried contacting this app directly but never received any response.

I reloaded FaceHub since I had paid for a years subscription and now it tells me that to use FaceHub I have to make an in-app purchase of credits to be able to use it! Starting at $9.99 for only twenty credits and running up to $149.99 for 500 credits.

Don’t buy the hype and don’t trust Apple to do the right thing and refund your purchase price if you do buy it!!!

I purchased the weekly membership and was out of credits after using FaceHub 5 minutes. Then the starting price for more credits was twice the cost of the weekly membership cost. The one video I was able to make was 1 second long and the updated face didn’t look like the face I uploaded. Waste of money. Unsubscribe.

Didn’t work for me. Tried to upload a 4 second video. Waited 3 hours, and it still didn’t go through.

I totally respect companies looking to make a profit off of their app…

However, if you’re going to charge for a subscription, that should be it. Don’t ask for money and then hit the user with a “limited credits” scheme after purchase. That seems a a bit shady and leaves a poor taste towards FaceHub .

Ultimately the price is not worth the hassle. Better off with a different app and a one time purchase model.

It puts your face on there, but it still doesn’t look like your face. I’m 40 years old and I put my pictures on there and it still makes me look too young or makes my teeth look too perfect so it doesn’t look real unfortunately
