Pay to buy AIVideoGenerator then get hit with buy credits. Just a cash grab

Didn’t work for me. Tried to upload a 4 second video. Waited 3 hours, and it still didn’t go through.

I purchased the weekly membership and was out of credits after using AIVideoGenerator 5 minutes. Then the starting price for more credits was twice the cost of the weekly membership cost. The one video I was able to make was 1 second long and the updated face didn’t look like the face I uploaded. Waste of money. Unsubscribe.

There’s an issue when purchasing credits they don’t show up

This doesn’t even work close to the way they show it. Thank goodness I didn’t pay full price. Activated and deactivated in less than an hour

First of all, be very careful with AIVideoGenerator, it says in big letters free trial then charged me $40.
I thought I would have a free trial. And if I kept it longer than that,
THEN be charged. But I was charged $40 immediately.
While I was testing it, I chose a video and I chose a face to change , when the video was completed, nothing had been done.
Hard pass on AIVideoGenerator

Big scam, as soon as you start using the trial period you are being charged the $39 dollars a month, carefully read the TOS, big scam and expensive app

Did a free trial, cancelled before the end of the free trial as per the instructions and was still charged.

I signed up for a free trial. I tried using it for just a few minutes and could tell it was not worth it. I tried to cancel after maybe 10 minutes and am stuck paying for a year. I have tried to get a refund or maybe just pay for a week. No response!

I have another app like this. It makes any face I put on a different face look real. I wanted to get this one for a back up in case the other one glitched.
The other one I have is so far superior to this one it’s laughable! Comparing AIVideoGenerator to the one I have is like comparing ramen noodles to filet mignon. It is not even close. I wish I could get my $4.99 back!

I’m disabled and on a fixed income each month. AARP suggests elderly people play games that require using the mind to solve puzzles to help our minds stay engaged. The games that I play come with ads. One of the many ads was one for a free trial of Facehub.

The download instructions said cancel one day before the subscription expires to prevent paying for a subscription. I wanted to try the face swapping video part of AIVideoGenerator and downloaded it to test it. The results were terrible so I deleted the video, deleted AIVideoGenerator (all within 15 minutes of testing AIVideoGenerator ). The next morning I received an email from Apple saying I had been billed $39.00 for a year’s subscription.

I immediately requested a refund from Apple and was denied. I sent a second refund request to Apple explaining that the Facehub app advertising was very misleading and again I was denied a refund. I tried contacting Facehub directly but never received any response.

I reloaded AIVideoGenerator since I had paid for a years subscription and now it tells me that to use AIVideoGenerator I have to make an in-app purchase of credits to be able to use it! Starting at $9.99 for only twenty credits and running up to $149.99 for 500 credits.

Don’t buy the hype and don’t trust Apple to do the right thing and refund your purchase price if you do buy it!!!

If you’re darker than fair skinned AIVideoGenerator isn’t for you. It doesn’t change the skin tone. It also doesn’t really change the face either. White washed app…

Its doesnt work for me. Face doesnt swap in templates. Waste of money.

I totally respect companies looking to make a profit off of their app…

However, if you’re going to charge for a subscription, that should be it. Don’t ask for money and then hit the user with a “limited credits” scheme after purchase. That seems a a bit shady and leaves a poor taste towards AIVideoGenerator .

Ultimately the price is not worth the hassle. Better off with a different app and a one time purchase model.

It puts your face on there, but it still doesn’t look like your face. I’m 40 years old and I put my pictures on there and it still makes me look too young or makes my teeth look too perfect so it doesn’t look real unfortunately
