The app is not accepting any of the passwords I try to use while simultaneously not telling me what characters I should be excluding. Also these are extremely common characters like the @ symbol, parenthesis ( ), hyphen - , or an asterisk * that your developers arbitrarily decided people don’t use. It’s 2023, why are these characters not available for use? I absolutely HATE having to change my password routine for hack developers. I won’t use the app or your crappy rewards until you fix it. It’s inconvenient enough that I have rather lost my appetite for soup today or for the next few weeks.

I first downloaded the app and met the log-in screen. I decided to log in using Google. It didn’t even take me to the SSO login, it just says “Something went wrong” and prompts me to refresh the app, only to have the same error read to me again. I hate that Cafe Zupas has 3 separate apps, it’s so unnecessary and ridiculous and a waste of my data storage. Now not even the new loyalty app works properly. The developer team or media managers for Cafe Zupas need to get their crap together! Your user interface/UX needs to be SEAMLESS in order for this to work well in the long term… 3 apps is not seamless at all. Super annoying.

The app won’t process payments, specifically Apple Pay. Get rid of the default tip amount or let users set their preference and offer $0 as an option. It was very frustrating to set the tip amount and have to provide information and then the app would reset to the default tip amount. Very disappointed with the update. They were offering a promo through the app, too bad I couldn’t take advantage. Kind of felt like the broken app was being rubbed in my face.
