Unless you wanna pay for a subscription you might as well just go through and delete the files yourself because all you can do on AICleaner without membership is manual clean

AICleaner keeps crashing . It worked to clean my duplicate contacts but it crashes when I click any other features. I deleted it and downloaded again , is still crashing. Please return my money, I will delete AICleaner and stop subscription.

You have to be fast it start again. Crashes before you can finish. Even if only deleting one contact.

I tried it a few times and all it did was the arrow circling saying cleaning but never did it! It was like for a long period of time and I just got suspicious and deleted it…

It’s not cleaning anything. What’s the issue? It just comes ashes as soon as it starts to remove duplicates.

If you want to lose access to your camera, photos, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, instagram, and pay for it, go right ahead and download AICleaner. If you like being able to use your phone, then don’t waste your time. It’s a scam, it’s fake, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if I got a bug from AICleaner. Hopefully not since this is how I make my money.

But yeah, if I could give a negative rating I would give it a negative 200. And that’s being nice. I can’t believe y’all out here advertising this trash.

So I downloaded this today, March 5, 2024 at approximately 12:30 PM Eastern time I’ve tried for almost 20 minutes now to get to work it keeps crashing keep restarting it and the sad part is that this is a paid subscription program so somebody riddle me this why does it keep crashing I cannot use this program and in good conscience pay for it if it does not work

Hi I’m 10 and I do not like paying for apps and I can’t do anything without spending money on it so if it was free I think I would work well but I just don’t want to pay it and my storage is full and I don’t know what to do so if it was free then ok but this iPad is not connected to and credit card so I can’t pay and I don’t have PayPal plus I don’t have a number for PayPal so if you could just make the clean out my storage for free that would be awesome thank you.😩

I downloaded this and tried it thinking it was going to free up some space by ONLY deleting duplicate photos and videos but NOPE! It deleted my long lasting text messages, calendar information that concerns my plans, schedule, basically EVERYTHING THAT I AM IN NEED OF AND HOLDING DEAR TO! I wish I never looked up this and never saw AICleaner! Now I have no way of going back to refer to needed information!
I suggest anyone who’s phone is full to either look for another app or DON’T use ANY OF them at all! I hate this!

AICleaner really tries to do the job and has potential b7t it crashes fro me continuously. It brings up data and before I start cleaning up anything by clicking on it it crashes and had to reopen and redo and this keep going. Bought the trial but looks like have to cancel subscription.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of the smart cleaning app which I have been using for the past few months.

Firstly, AICleaner frequently crashes during operation. This instability makes it difficult to schedule and monitor cleaning sessions, defeating the purpose of having a smart cleaning system. Despite several updates, this issue persists, causing significant inconvenience.

Secondly, the navigation algorithm of AICleaner seems flawed. The cleaning device often misses designated areas or cleans the same spot multiple times. This inefficiency not only wastes time but also leaves parts of my home uncleaned. I have meticulously set up the virtual boundaries and cleaning zones, yet AICleaner fails to adhere to these settings

Additionally, AICleaner 's user interface is not intuitive. Important features are buried under multiple menus, making it cumbersome to make adjustments on the fly. A more streamlined and user-friendly interface would greatly enhance the user experience.

I urge you to address these concerns promptly. I am hopeful that with the necessary improvements, Ai Smart cleaner can provide the efficient and reliable service that was promised. Please let me know how and when these issues will be resolved.

how can I contact you because I’m being billed for something I never used

No matter what option I choose when trying to manipulate the system the entire screen goes blank to my iPhone. Even when I press settings in AICleaner again, as soon as I press any prompt it blanks off of my screen, I would like a full refund as I’ve only had it for maybe 10 minutes and I can do nothing with AICleaner. It’s absolutely useless to me at this point.

App barely works! I try to use it and it keeps shutting down before it even starts scanning! Literally 30 secs and it just kicks you off and you have to open app again! Ridiculous, it’s a scam!

I have not even tried to use this yet, but I went through the reviews and it is obvious to see that the people who made this make simple, one sentence five star ratings to try a cover up all of the horrible ratings. As far as I can tell, this is a scam and doesn’t even work… DO NOT BUY

When it doesn’t work you are out your money… as there are no refunds at all… it is not worth the cost unless you have money to burn! I tend to stay away from software that the writer doesn’t even have enough faith in to stand behind their own products enough to offer refunds.

In my opinion any software you try and removes almost nothing you don’t already do on a regular basis with free software is not worth anything. But just trying this and evidently you have lost your money.

I will grant that the product did remove a very few items that it promised to, but it certainly isn’t worth anything as a paid ap.

Many are as good or better and if they even stand behind their product, it makes it the better choice.

Have not been able to even use AICleaner one single time as it keeps on crashing over and over again. Ridiculous. And I should be able to get my money back as this never worked , not even once.

While I thought that this was going to be a great app to have, fully knowing that I have many duplicate pictures and this would be helpful for me to clean my phone up and clear space off of. Unfortunately, I never even was able to get further than the initial steps because AICleaner would suddenly shutdown. This happened repeatedly. I even tried to update, uninstall and reinstall, contact anyone, each time I press a button AICleaner crashes. I have tried to cancel the subscription, but am not sure that that even went through.

This could have been of great use to me, but due to its ever crashing abilities AICleaner does not come close to meeting my expectations. Keep trying guys, this is a great app if you can fix all the bugs that it has. Oh, and if you read this…cancel my subscription. Thank you!

AICleaner works just long enough for you to pay them then it crashes over and over. Even when you try to unsubscribe it will crash. I had to cancel on apples end because AICleaner simply won’t let you! Stay far away it’s nothing but a money grab!

If you click contact us it crashes if you click unsubscribe it crashes and if you click on contact the developer on the email it takes you to a webpage were you can ……. NOT CONTACT THE DEVELOPER.

Scam stay far away!

So I was trying to clear everything because my storage was really high but when I just when I deleted it it took away all my contacts and only left my me and my dad‘s that was a horrible list app in the world you guys should make it better today some people can actually understand how to use it because AICleaner is horrible I’m never using that app again everybody never use AICleaner

Instead of the .29 cent first week trial, it charged me 2.99. I open AICleaner to clean, and it closes out without doing ANYTHING. I have tried repeatedly so there’s obviously a glitch and with the price switch, I’m worrying this might be some sort of Malware. I’m deleting it now but if you are with the company, refund my $2.99 for the 15 minutes I spent figuring out this is a bogus app.

Installed on my iPhone new iOS 17, AICleaner doesn’t stay open for more than 10 seconds without crashing. Can’t even have it open long enough to report the issue. Truly disappointing.

This deleted all of my monthly payment reminders and my birthdays!!! So now my calendar is empty and there’s no way to go back ! Deleted All my
Important events! I had yearly , weekly and monthly reoccurring events with different dates and AICleaner thought they were all the same even though they had different dates 😡😡😡😡

Do not use AICleaner. I did a free trial and cancelled the day before it was due to run out, band it tried to take the monkey for a month which was $7.41. Now iTunes won’t let me download any apps until this is taken care of. Also, I tried to get a website fur AICleaner and no where does it show any way to send this developer an email. If someone knows it please fill me in. I am not paying for something I had already cancelled in plenty of time. A lot of these apps in AICleaner store do this so, be careful about these FREE TRIALS most of them don’t work! Now I’m stuck until someone fixes it or I pay for it then ask for a refund. I should not have to do that! This is not the first time one of these apps have done this either. It’s getting ridiculous.

First off they lied about free app
and than charged my apple wallet for 59 cents for seven days than they give you options for several prices and than I wanted to delete and they directed me to someone else that did not have any options to delete. That and the fact when they went to my contacts and I keep all
of my apps that I had in contacts with my user name and my password. Nobody has answered me back on getting them but photos will give you the option to get them back within 30 days and they also deleted all my birthdays and when they passed away.

I downloaded AICleaner hoping it would simplify things, but it ended up creating more headaches. The biggest mistake I made was including the calendar portion. Ever since, I’ve been bombarded with non-stop pop-ups every few minutes telling me that AICleaner “cannot respond to event invitation.” It’s incredibly disruptive and frustrating.

I’ve tried everything to stop it — deleted the calendar app, even reset my phone — but the notifications won’t go away. Nothing seems to fix it! I just want the pop-ups to stop. If you’re thinking about using AICleaner, be very careful with what features you allow access to. I regret downloading it.

I seen an ad for AICleaner saying uou don’t need to buy extra storage! Right. But when I downloaded it it said i had to pay a subscription in order to use thie app! So u are telling me that paying a random add that I learned from tiktok is better then just buying more storage! Using AICleaner is pointless and there is a massive chance u could lose personal contacts ir pictures! Just pay to get more storage, ir manually go through your phone and find things you do not need and delete them it’ll save you money!

Downloaded AICleaner. Did the trial. And did my first cleaning. Well deleted all my contacts. And I been trying to restore keeps saying ERROR! Tried contacting them no reply! Stupidest app! I was really hoping it was gonna be a good one. 🤬

As soon as I got on it, they told me I have to pay or they can clear out the storage in my phone. That’s exactly why I don’t think anyone should be using this AI.

I guess AICleaner is ok if you’re willing to pay money for it but at that point just buy more storage on YOURE phone I hated AICleaner like you have to pay for it the whole reason for getting it was so you didn’t have to buy more storage.

This application removed ALL my
Contacts and when I tried to restore them it gave me an error “something went wrong “. Do not use AICleaner.

You have to pay and it’s not fun to pay for premium storage and I do not recommend it because I saw this on a game and I’m not liking it because I downloaded it and then it said I have to pay so I don’t not recommend AICleaner so you have to clean up the storage yourself all right… so you have to pay if you have the money to pay

I just downloaded the trial version for a week and every single time I try to open and use it, it closes out within 10-20 seconds. Not only that, but it says there is “nothing to clean here”, however, I have over 35,000+ pictures and videos, with duplicates, hence, the reason I am trying out AICleaner, to see how well things turn out. Happy I’m only doing the free trial. Complete flop.

Hello, I watched a ad of this and it said I didn’t have to pay for it so I downloaded and now I have to pay for it, so i don’t know people keep lieing about it so this was a waste of my time I thought it was going to be helpful and make my phone faster but if I got to pay for it then I can’t use it because I don’t have the money for AICleaner so if there is

Repeatedly crashes every time I try to use!!!

I have an iPhone 12, iOS 14.4.1. I open AICleaner & it it doesn’t immediately crash & force close it does as soon as I hit smart clean. It’s super unhelpful especially since it wants money to subscribe before even using it. Which I don’t normally do but reviews were great & it was like 7 days for 29 cents a day or week or something I don’t know it was cheap. Toss that into more money I spent that I didn’t get use of.

Spent the money, bought the subscription, and AICleaner won’t even stay open long enough to work Thank you for the reply, but it would just be lovely if I didn’t have to do all of that work to track down and prove the problem for a resolution. I’ll pass on the wig. Work indicated for trying to contact you through AICleaner . But perhaps you should take the initiative to look into the problem.

Didn’t work much

I downloaded AICleaner and signed up for the initial .29c service. I stupidly allowed full access to all of my information. With minutes after doing this, my bank account had a fraud alert that had nothing to do with AICleaner store. I then emailed their “customer service” and let them know what had happened- thinking they might be grateful to know about a possible compromise. The next morning I wake up to find they’ve used AI to read my email, and respond with a form email with instructions on how to cancel.

Just now purchased AICleaner. When I open it up it jumps back out of AICleaner . Help

I thought AICleaner was gonna be helpful, however it was not. For example, whenever I try to use the smart clean feature it doesn’t let me without making me buy one of the passes! This is terrible for anyone who just wants to clean out their storage for FREE! I don’t feel that you should be charging to deep clean somebody’s phone! I get if it was a house that was extremely dirty! That is just flipping INSANE!!!

I got AICleaner and it said it was (free) more like you have to pay it does not cost that much money. I tried it for free but on the add I watched it was like (click this button and done) but no I got so confused and then I click to do something and the it gave me the screen (pay 0.59 a week or 2.99 a month you can try for free but you! Yourself Have to delete your photo I rather spend my time on deleting photos (not on an app) and not having to waste my iCloud space on an so called (AI cleaner) and please do not waste your money and time on this stupid app Sorry if I am being rude but it is the TRUTH

This is so simple I wish I’d done it sooner! I guess I expected more than delivered. Closed my account. Ok for $0.29. I thought that when I took it off it notified you I was out. AICleaner doesn’t work for real . It’s a waste of time. Apple made me download this because I needed storage space to Upgrade my phone. But I been using this and it hasn’t work ever since I got AICleaner .. I had a subscription for it and I paid it but it still not working.. I Deleted it off my phone because Ain’t no point of having it just sitting were my other apps are . Basically it’s pointless and I wouldn’t Download it if you trying to free up space.. Okay.

I understand AI needs to be trained, but in a situation like merging contacts and deleting calendar events, you only have one shot. I found AICleaner added different contacts together because they shared the same domain for their business. In some cases it wanted to merge 3 different contacts, calling them duplicates. Same with images - wanted to merge in some cases 3-4 different images not even of the same subject. And cleaning past calendar events isn't helpful for those who need historical diary records. Good UI, but functionality was definitely not very convincing.

Honestly it has been a help, and i do like AICleaner . and I thought it would be easy and it was. until, then when is said this thing that “you only have 10 cleans today” and at first i didnt think much of it. Cuz I thought i could go back and delete the remaining. but no. I now have to wait until tomorrow just to clean out 6 more photos of mine. And if i wanna clean them out today then it shows me a pop up saying about the subscription. I never take it but its annoying that you have to pay just to “clean” your phone when it doesn’t even clean fully. And you only have a “limited” amount of cleans. Also even if you still wanna keep that think abt the limited cleans thing and if wanna clean more then like subscription blah blah blah, then at least increase the amount of limited cleans. At least more than 10. If the developer(s) read this, pls take this into consideration! If you just fix it up then i would automatically change my rating to a 5!

so I just got AICleaner recently and when I opened it I was very happy to see that you could use it for free. so then I cleaned out two photos and was about to clean something else when AICleaner just glitches and sent me out. so I tried the swipe up delete then go back tip but 2 secs into AICleaner and it sends me out again. I am going to try it again in a few days. it hopefully will work but anyhow have a good day bye

Hey there! I'm having trouble understanding why I need a subscription or a trial just to clear storage on AICleaner . I really need to clear up some storage to update my iOS version, but every time I try to use a storage cleaner app, it requires me to have an active subscription or trial. It's a bit frustrating, to be honest. Can you help me out?

I have tried to cancel my subscription. It continues to try an bill my credit card. An I have had no luck contacting a person. It has to be an easier way to cancel. They made it easy to clear space right?

Only freed up 1% of space. Not sure it was worth it.

AICleaner may be more useful for people with more duplicate photos however if you don’t it is completely useless and for some reason it asks for information about your contacts not sure if this is just taking info ,please take this into consideration and I will be deleting AICleaner soon it gets rid of duplicates and blurry photos plus one. I forgot some of those blurry photos are important and you have to manually get rid of each thing that you don’t want unless you’re getting rid of

This is a powerful app for cleaning up your system. Just remember somethings are tough to reinstall if you accidentally clean something.
Maybe a container for the deleted files with a time delay to empty. This could help immensely.

He really help my phone because when I tried the first time I thought it wasn’t about to be good but when I tried it after it was good because before I did it, my phone was like really full and after like did like my phone didn’t show that thing the thing about your storage is not good and stuff but now it’s like really good and I’m really happy so I I’m really happy. And I’ll keep it for stars for now.

While I like AICleaner , the way it was advertised can best summed up as false advertising; it’s not “Free…”
It was able to clean my phone (Accordingly) in mere seconds, the prompts were easy to follow, with choices for whomever…
Personally, there’s no need for me to pay each week to clean my phone, therefore I’ll pass/unsubscribe from that…it’s great for a one time clean…

I only tried AICleaner for today and I already cleaned up .6 of my GB without paying . When I try myself I can’t clean any storage for months. This is the best app to clean up storage.I’m impressed with how much storage I can clean up with AICleaner 😃 Highly recommended

When I was on a game I saw a add your phone is almost paralyze and it was because of a lot of photos and I try a bunch of cleaners but I need to pay I am poor so then I was playing another game and the add apared it say that it was free so I try and it’s free instal it delete the other cleaners that you have instal this one

As a genshin player who plays on the phone with only 64gb this literally freed up 10gb off my phone and I still have all my photos, all my apps, I even got to download a few more apps and I only was able to keep 4 in total, it's not a scam either!! Get it bc it's worth it esp is you play genshin or any game that takes up 99% of your storage.

Super easy to use! I was able to delete duplicate photos; contacts, and videos without paying for anything. They offer a paid version without limits, but you can cancel anytime. AICleaner works great and does exactly what it promises. I’ll definitely use it again if needed, and maybe even buy it in the future.

AICleaner is absolutely amazing. Free to download and it took effect right away. This is insane people, don’t hesitate download AICleaner and start cleaning some unwanted apps from your phone and create space for the most interesting things that benefits you.

In just a few minutes, it found all the duplicate photos, letting me choose which ones to keep and which to delete. I haven't tried all its features yet, but it's been incredibly useful for freeing up space on my phone while traveling without my laptop. So far, I highly recọmmend it to anyone looking to free up space on their smartphone.

I’m not sure what’s going on it says 73% storage freed up . I don’t see a difference. I tried it for free I thought? Still not sure if I paid for it . I’m installing it on my husbands iPhone for a .29 trail So I’ll just pay for it when I need it.

It made my iPhone run so much more smooth. I don’t think I’ll be getting rid of this anytime soon.

I haven’t had the time to go through and manually clean the unnecessary media, contacts, and files on my phone. This did it for me in the blink of an eye! I highly recommend it!

I tried to contact support with no answer all I asked is how to restore the data and pictures removed from my iPhone before it is permanently deleted. So beware…

I was all ready to clean up my phone but was afraid it would do more damage then a few viruses would do. The fact it was advertised as free made me check in further. Then all of a sudden it wants money! Granted it was cheaper than others but still a charge. Why do you do that? It's free or not!
