Contact AI Cleaner Support

I found 3 charges totaling $52.95 for Apple.com/bill Record Store. I contacted Apple and they found this to be AI subscription charges. I did not authorize this charge and would like to be refunded my money to my credit card. I also contacted my credit card company which I had the subscription cancelled. They have denied the refund and referred me to contact customer service at AI Cleaner. I am requesting a full refund from your company. Thank you for your cooperation. Regards, Linda Rich

Hello, My name is Lisa. I saw the ad for the AI Phone Cleaner and looked into using it. I already have an app that does exactly what this app does so I don't need two. I saw the yearly amount withdrawn from my acct but I thought there was a free trial. I canceled the subscription and I'm do sorry about this but may I please have my money back? Huge mistake on my part but again I thought I had a free trial. I canceled same day as I got the app. Please help me. Best regards, Lisa

Google Grimlax repeatedly charges me for the Ai app that I merely tried on their trial base offer. Now I can't reach anyone to have them stop billing me for something I do not have/cancelled. I am writing to you for assistance and I got so far and then you wanted the card number, expiration date, etc. I do not possess a physical card and fail to have that information --- so what --- I don't get an answer? I was "chatting" with Ellen. Now I have actually wasted at least a half hour or so.

They are doing the same thing to me. They are double charging me for something that I cancelled and do not use. I wish people knew before they signed up!

Cancel and refund 8 payments of unauthorized payments

I did not authorize the A1 Cleaners. Please refund me on my charge card in the amount of $7.41. I was charged for this on August 23, 2025. I also was charged the same amount ( $7.41) from Grimlax Trade on August 16th, August 9th, August 2nd and July 26th. I did not order any app or game, etc. Therefore I am due $37.05.

You have done it again to me . I have cancelled three times and you have taken two payments from my bank account over 2 weeks and the today you took a payment from my pay pal account. I would really like to speak with a live person please .
