I downloaded this and tried it thinking it was going to free up some space by ONLY deleting duplicate photos and videos but NOPE! It deleted my long lasting text messages, calendar information that concerns my plans, schedule, basically EVERYTHING THAT I AM IN NEED OF AND HOLDING DEAR TO! I wish I never looked up this and never saw AICleaner! Now I have no way of going back to refer to needed information!
I suggest anyone who’s phone is full to either look for another app or DON’T use ANY OF them at all! I hate this!

When it doesn’t work you are out your money… as there are no refunds at all… it is not worth the cost unless you have money to burn! I tend to stay away from software that the writer doesn’t even have enough faith in to stand behind their own products enough to offer refunds.

In my opinion any software you try and removes almost nothing you don’t already do on a regular basis with free software is not worth anything. But just trying this and evidently you have lost your money.

I will grant that the product did remove a very few items that it promised to, but it certainly isn’t worth anything as a paid ap.

Many are as good or better and if they even stand behind their product, it makes it the better choice.

Hi I’m 10 and I do not like paying for apps and I can’t do anything without spending money on it so if it was free I think I would work well but I just don’t want to pay it and my storage is full and I don’t know what to do so if it was free then ok but this iPad is not connected to and credit card so I can’t pay and I don’t have PayPal plus I don’t have a number for PayPal so if you could just make the clean out my storage for free that would be awesome thank you.😩

Spent the money, bought the subscription, and AICleaner won’t even stay open long enough to work Thank you for the reply, but it would just be lovely if I didn’t have to do all of that work to track down and prove the problem for a resolution. I’ll pass on the wig. Work indicated for trying to contact you through AICleaner . But perhaps you should take the initiative to look into the problem.

AICleaner works just long enough for you to pay them then it crashes over and over. Even when you try to unsubscribe it will crash. I had to cancel on apples end because AICleaner simply won’t let you! Stay far away it’s nothing but a money grab!

I’m well aware you don’t offer a free trial you stole my money and then crashed over and over again so badly I had to cancel my subscription on apples side.
If you click contact us it crashes if you click unsubscribe it crashes and if you click on contact the developer on the email it takes you to a webpage were you can ……. NOT CONTACT THE DEVELOPER.

I have an iPhone 12, iOS 14.4.1. I open AICleaner & it it doesn’t immediately crash & force close it does as soon as I hit smart clean. It’s super unhelpful especially since it wants money to subscribe before even using it. Which I don’t normally do but reviews were great & it was like 7 days for 29 cents a day or week or something I don’t know it was cheap. Toss that into more money I spent that I didn’t get use of.

If you want to lose access to your camera, photos, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, instagram, and pay for it, go right ahead and download AICleaner. If you like being able to use your phone, then don’t waste your time. It’s a scam, it’s fake, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if I got a bug from AICleaner. Hopefully not since this is how I make my money.

But yeah, if I could give a negative rating I would give it a negative 200. And that’s being nice. I can’t believe y’all out here advertising this trash.

I just downloaded the trial version for a week and every single time I try to open and use it, it closes out within 10-20 seconds. Not only that, but it says there is “nothing to clean here”, however, I have over 35,000+ pictures and videos, with duplicates, hence, the reason I am trying out AICleaner, to see how well things turn out. Happy I’m only doing the free trial. Complete flop.

So I downloaded this today, March 5, 2024 at approximately 12:30 PM Eastern time I’ve tried for almost 20 minutes now to get to work it keeps crashing keep restarting it and the sad part is that this is a paid subscription program so somebody riddle me this why does it keep crashing I cannot use this program and in good conscience pay for it if it does not work

You have to pay and it’s not fun to pay for premium storage and I do not recommend it because I saw this on a game and I’m not liking it because I downloaded it and then it said I have to pay so I don’t not recommend AICleaner so you have to clean up the storage yourself all right… so you have to pay if you have the money to pay

While I thought that this was going to be a great app to have, fully knowing that I have many duplicate pictures and this would be helpful for me to clean my phone up and clear space off of. Unfortunately, I never even was able to get further than the initial steps because AICleaner would suddenly shutdown. This happened repeatedly. I even tried to update, uninstall and reinstall, contact anyone, each time I press a button AICleaner crashes. I have tried to cancel the subscription, but am not sure that that even went through.

This could have been of great use to me, but due to its ever crashing abilities AICleaner does not come close to meeting my expectations. Keep trying guys, this is a great app if you can fix all the bugs that it has. Oh, and if you read this…cancel my subscription. Thank you!

I seen an ad for AICleaner saying uou don’t need to buy extra storage! Right. But when I downloaded it it said i had to pay a subscription in order to use thie app! So u are telling me that paying a random add that I learned from tiktok is better then just buying more storage! Using AICleaner is pointless and there is a massive chance u could lose personal contacts ir pictures! Just pay to get more storage, ir manually go through your phone and find things you do not need and delete them it’ll save you money!

Have not been able to even use AICleaner one single time as it keeps on crashing over and over again. Ridiculous. And I should be able to get my money back as this never worked , not even once.

Instead of the .29 cent first week trial, it charged me 2.99. I open AICleaner to clean, and it closes out without doing ANYTHING. I have tried repeatedly so there’s obviously a glitch and with the price switch, I’m worrying this might be some sort of Malware. I’m deleting it now but if you are with the company, refund my $2.99 for the 15 minutes I spent figuring out this is a bogus app.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of the smart cleaning app which I have been using for the past few months.

Firstly, AICleaner frequently crashes during operation. This instability makes it difficult to schedule and monitor cleaning sessions, defeating the purpose of having a smart cleaning system. Despite several updates, this issue persists, causing significant inconvenience.

Secondly, the navigation algorithm of AICleaner seems flawed. The cleaning device often misses designated areas or cleans the same spot multiple times. This inefficiency not only wastes time but also leaves parts of my home uncleaned. I have meticulously set up the virtual boundaries and cleaning zones, yet AICleaner fails to adhere to these settings

Additionally, AICleaner 's user interface is not intuitive. Important features are buried under multiple menus, making it cumbersome to make adjustments on the fly. A more streamlined and user-friendly interface would greatly enhance the user experience.

I urge you to address these concerns promptly. I am hopeful that with the necessary improvements, Ai Smart cleaner can provide the efficient and reliable service that was promised. Please let me know how and when these issues will be resolved.

No matter what option I choose when trying to manipulate the system the entire screen goes blank to my iPhone. Even when I press settings in AICleaner again, as soon as I press any prompt it blanks off of my screen, I would like a full refund as I’ve only had it for maybe 10 minutes and I can do nothing with AICleaner. It’s absolutely useless to me at this point.

App barely works! I try to use it and it keeps shutting down before it even starts scanning! Literally 30 secs and it just kicks you off and you have to open app again! Ridiculous, it’s a scam!

Installed on my iPhone new iOS 17, AICleaner doesn’t stay open for more than 10 seconds without crashing. Can’t even have it open long enough to report the issue. Truly disappointing.

Downloaded AICleaner. Did the trial. And did my first cleaning. Well deleted all my contacts. And I been trying to restore keeps saying ERROR! Tried contacting them no reply! Stupidest app! I was really hoping it was gonna be a good one. 🤬

I downloaded AICleaner and signed up for the initial .29c service. I stupidly allowed full access to all of my information. With minutes after doing this, my bank account had a fraud alert that had nothing to do with AICleaner store. I then emailed their “customer service” and let them know what had happened- thinking they might be grateful to know about a possible compromise. The next morning I wake up to find they’ve used AI to read my email, and respond with a form email with instructions on how to cancel.

First off they lied about free app
and than charged my apple wallet for 59 cents for seven days than they give you options for several prices and than I wanted to delete and they directed me to someone else that did not have any options to delete. That and the fact when they went to my contacts and I keep all
of my apps that I had in contacts with my user name and my password. Nobody has answered me back on getting them but photos will give you the option to get them back within 30 days and they also deleted all my birthdays and when they passed away.

Do not use AICleaner. I did a free trial and cancelled the day before it was due to run out, band it tried to take the monkey for a month which was $7.41. Now iTunes won’t let me download any apps until this is taken care of. Also, I tried to get a website fur AICleaner and no where does it show any way to send this developer an email. If someone knows it please fill me in. I am not paying for something I had already cancelled in plenty of time. A lot of these apps in AICleaner store do this so, be careful about these FREE TRIALS most of them don’t work! Now I’m stuck until someone fixes it or I pay for it then ask for a refund. I should not have to do that! This is not the first time one of these apps have done this either. It’s getting ridiculous.

I downloaded AICleaner hoping it would simplify things, but it ended up creating more headaches. The biggest mistake I made was including the calendar portion. Ever since, I’ve been bombarded with non-stop pop-ups every few minutes telling me that AICleaner “cannot respond to event invitation.” It’s incredibly disruptive and frustrating.

I’ve tried everything to stop it — deleted the calendar app, even reset my phone — but the notifications won’t go away. Nothing seems to fix it! I just want the pop-ups to stop. If you’re thinking about using AICleaner, be very careful with what features you allow access to. I regret downloading it.

I thought AICleaner was gonna be helpful, however it was not. For example, whenever I try to use the smart clean feature it doesn’t let me without making me buy one of the passes! This is terrible for anyone who just wants to clean out their storage for FREE! I don’t feel that you should be charging to deep clean somebody’s phone! I got AICleaner and it said it was (free) more like you have to pay it does not cost that much money. I tried it for free but on the add I watched it was like (click this button and done) but no I got so confused and then I click to do something and the it gave me the screen (pay 0.59 a week or 2.99 a month you can try for free but you! Yourself Have to delete your photo I rather spend my time on deleting photos (not on an app) and not having to waste my iCloud space on an so called (AI cleaner) and please do not waste your money and time on this stupid app Sorry if I am being rude but it is the TRUTH

so I just got AICleaner recently and when I opened it I was very happy to see that you could use it for free. so then I cleaned out two photos and was about to clean something else when AICleaner just glitches and sent me out. so I tried the swipe up delete then go back tip but 2 secs into AICleaner and it sends me out again. Honestly it has been a help, and i do like AICleaner . and I thought it would be easy and it was. until, then when is said this thing that “you only have 10 cleans today” and at first i didnt think much of it. Cuz I thought i could go back and delete the remaining. but no. I now have to wait until tomorrow just to clean out 6 more photos of mine. And if i wanna clean them out today then it shows me a pop up saying about the subscription. I never take it but its annoying that you have to pay just to “clean” your phone when it doesn’t even clean fully. And you only have a “limited” amount of cleans. Also even if you still wanna keep that think abt the limited cleans thing and if wanna clean more then like subscription blah blah blah, then at least increase the amount of limited cleans. At least more than 10. If the developer(s) read this, pls take this into consideration! If you just fix it up then i would automatically change my rating to a 5!

AICleaner doesn’t work for real . It’s a waste of time. Apple made me download this because I needed storage space to Upgrade my phone. But I been using this and it hasn’t work ever since I got AICleaner .. I had a subscription for it and I paid it but it still not working.. I understand AI needs to be trained, but in a situation like merging contacts and deleting calendar events, you only have one shot. I found AICleaner added different contacts together because they shared the same domain for their business. In some cases it wanted to merge 3 different contacts, calling them duplicates. Same with images - wanted to merge in some cases 3-4 different images not even of the same subject. And cleaning past calendar events isn't helpful for those who need historical diary records. Good UI, but functionality was definitely not very convincing.

AICleaner may be more useful for people with more duplicate photos however if you don’t it is completely useless and for some reason it asks for information about your contacts not sure if this is just taking info ,please take this into consideration and I will be deleting AICleaner soon it gets rid of duplicates and blurry photos plus one. I forgot some of those blurry photos are important and you have to manually get rid of each thing that you don’t want unless you’re getting rid of

While I like AICleaner , the way it was advertised can best summed up as false advertising; it’s not “Free…”
It was able to clean my phone (Accordingly) in mere seconds, the prompts were easy to follow, with choices for whomever…
Personally, there’s no need for me to pay each week to clean my phone, therefore I’ll pass/unsubscribe from that…it’s great for a one time clean…

This is a powerful app for cleaning up your system. Just remember somethings are tough to reinstall if you accidentally clean something.
Maybe a container for the deleted files with a time delay to empty. This could help immensely.

As a genshin player who plays on the phone with only 64gb this literally freed up 10gb off my phone and I still have all my photos, all my apps, I even got to download a few more apps and I only was able to keep 4 in total, it's not a scam either!! Get it bc it's worth it esp is you play genshin or any game that takes up 99% of your storage.

In just a few minutes, it found all the duplicate photos, letting me choose which ones to keep and which to delete. Super easy to use! I was able to delete duplicate photos; contacts, and videos without paying for anything. They offer a paid version without limits, but you can cancel anytime. AICleaner works great and does exactly what it promises. I’ll definitely use it again if needed, and maybe even buy it in the future.
