I was charged incorrectly when I used my app to order. Contacted the support email addresses given on the order confirmation but never heard back. Just asked for explanation regarding the fees, as it is too high for just taxes. Not transparent if they actually charged fees for pickup.
Food is good app is literally just a white screen. Replicate by making an account with phone number, denying location access, denying notifications and the screen just goes white and stays that way upon restarting TikkaShack . Pls fix
Promotion spammed my inbox; I decided to download TikkaShack to receive $5 off my first $20 mobile order. TikkaShack won’t apply the promo code but has no issue applying 20% tip automatically to a PICKUP order.
Needless to say, don’t waste your time downloading TikkaShack for a promotion that doesn’t work.
I have coupons from a local flavor.com, and they have no code on them for me to enter and there’s no way for me to choose cash when I place an order so that I can use my coupon and pay at the register
Delicious. Awesome. Extra good. Though- the rice could be put in a separate container so it doesn’t get sauce on it.
You have a picture of a Make it a meal with the Tikka Masala Meal for 18.90. Then you want to charge 1.5 to 2.50 more depending on the protein. I can see a up charge for the lamb and the seafood. It gets very pricy when you’re trying to be on a budget.
This is my go to for lunch every Tuesday. Can’t beat the value.
I always get the chicken dish and the meat is always excellent, not fatty or grizzly..
The service fee is kinda ridiculous, but TikkaShack works great!
