This app has potential. It actually seemed pretty good in the beginning. While I never had many options by way of surveys, there were a lot of games to choose from. Actually, I prefer games over surveys anyway. Initially, I had a little trouble with my first two payouts. After sending an email to support, I received a quick response from Carlos who immediately resolved my issues and sent me links to retrieve my payouts without issue. However, since then I tried to cash out a third time and I received a message saying that payment was sent but I never received it and after some investigating I noticed that it was sent to the wrong PayPal address. I sent multiple messages to support over the last two months trying to correct the error and I still have not gotten a response from anyone. Also, I have three different games I’ve been playing that stopped giving updates showing my current award level. I have exceeded the maximum payout levels for each game but I’m only seeing partial credit for each of them. I sent multiple messages to support for these issues as well and I have not received a response from anyone. My app is current and does not require an update so I don’t know what the problem is or could be. I tried troubleshooting through the app as well as sending emails. So far I haven’t heard anything from anyone.

When I first seen this app I was a little bit skeptical whether it would pay or not. After doing some surveys and playing some games it’s totally legit and I cashed out and it’s also gives you your money. I recommend this app to everyone and it’s not a scam and is very legit and you can make a couple dollars on the side to keep in your hand. The surveys are easy and not difficult to complete and most of them I was able to do and earn money. I used a lot of survey apps before and many of them it’s been frustrating because some of them it would take long and sometimes go out to complete surveys but this survey app is probably the best one I have used in a long time I recommend this app to anyone who needs to make a little money to help them or they family members out. I can appreciate this app because it’s good also has very efficient and doesn’t take long to complete a survey and if you can’t complete one they will give you another to make sure you get at least a survey or two completed. This app is so fun and little challenging sometimes time but the time you spend is worth the payout.

This is the only app I’ve found so far that actually lets you cash out a good amount and not keeping most of your earned money. As a stay at home mom, it’s fun and easy to just answer surveys when I have free time. I would definitely recommend to everyone! UPDATE: I've cashed out 3 times so far.. it can be frustrating sometimes though, when you are almost done with a survey and it says error message or says you don’t qualify. There should be a bug fix or something to fix error messages from happening repeatedly. I could do a lot more surveys or cash out more if this didn’t keep happening. I wish MultiPolls would care more about our time being put into these surveys just to get little to nothing back at times, it’s disappointing.
