They let someone drive my car unauthorized and keep the car for multiple days passed their trip ending. I reported the issue and they told me I can only be paid half of my rate after the car was returned uncharged and uncleaned. Mind you this person was already driving with a suspended license causing my car to get towed. Stay away! The owner didn’t care at all…told me that he has 1000s of cars to worry about and this isn’t important.

I book my trip 2 days in advance. My card was charged I sent my documents to get verified .I still haven’t been verified they just charged me took my money and I miss my reservation becuz it’s not verified.. Eon is a scam be careful

I tried to reserve but didn’t get approved. They just kept the money instead and said they can only refund half. Please please please do not use this service.

Eon doesn’t show my bookings. Customer service told me they’d have tech look at it. I called 3 times and still no answer.
