I downloaded the app it it was working great at first.... however I ran into the first problem the care button didn't work for the let but he others did then one day it randomly stopped working and loved me out of THE APP every time I wanted to go in please fix this issue as soon as possible

How to fix Love8 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Love8 app on iPhone
Update Love8 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Love8 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Love8 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Love8 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Love8 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Love8 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Love8 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Love8 » click [Force Stop]

Update Love8 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Love8 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Love8 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Love8.

Fix Love8 unable to contact server/ Love8 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Love8 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Love8 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
