This company is not the one for side jobs. Wanna make $100 a month maybe? Sure go for it. But to get paid you’ll have to submit an invoice, after they send an invoice, just to get paid. Oh and if you wanna make more then $100 a month doing side work that isn’t even worth that $100, then you’ll have to pay their premium service fee of minimum $250 just to get extra loads. When paying that $250 for more loads, you will be lucky to get an additional $75 dollar job. When it’s all said and done I paid $250 to be premium member, just to make $120 (drove 1.5 hours away and moved an entire adjustable base, and assembled) and $75 (moved and sectional, Matt, box spring and frame out of a customers house, plus disposal)

If you did the math, I only made $55 after paying the $250 for premium driver service. This company is a joke. Currently in talks with an attorney for wrongful termination without notify. I only worked here a month as side hustle.

Any correspondence from LoadUp comes off as rude and pushy. If the customer changes the scope of the job before you show up they will not notify you and the pay will be different when they send the invoice. Half the jobs are incorrect and usually result in more items. If you have any questions or concerns they will not respond! Absolutely poor service from the loader perspective. The idea is great but the business is overall unethical.

Lowest paying hauling app, on top of paying a membership fee you have to pay more for points to pickup jobs.

This company started off amazing. Created a new app, then processed to go down the gutter. Save your time and find a better platform. The customer service is trash the new app is trash and the new payment system is trash.

Customer service is terrible. There is a complete lack of professional ethics and understanding towards drivers. The pay is unfair. They do not care about drivers if there are hygiene problems in an order; they will just tell you to proceed. I do not recommend LoadUpLoader.

Got a job in Wyoming and they didn’t inform that I was getting it was bigger than the trailer that I was hauling, at the end, they blamed on me saying I’m that I should had a bigger trailer. They would make me work and no pay because according to them I own them money, 2 weeks in a row so, I stopped doing jobs for them. Don’t waist your time.

This company charges loaders 1000 per month for subscriptions and don’t even bring in that much a month. They cancel orders without telling loaders and will not refund the points. If customers cancel orders, they only get half of their money back with no services rendered. Horrible company on all ends so do not use it unless you wanna waste your time and money.

Worst customer support ever, so unresponsive and they charge you for cancellation even if it's the customer canceling. They add items last minute and are not clear with customers on how to add additional items in the first place. I'd rather be broke than work for these guys. They barely pay as it is. More often than not it costs more to recycle an item you pick up than what the payout from them was.

They have a three tier subscription plan. One is $75 another is $350 and the top tier is $1000. The people with the $1000 will always get jobs over you. So, that means if you do not have $1000 and you have the $350 or the $75 plan you will not get any orders, but they will make sure that they take their subscription out every month. I think it’s a scam. You should not have to pay to get work. I hope they get sued!

This company is beyond unprofessional!!! The reviews on here are beyond accurate. The company is a complete joke. They really only care about themselves. They will lie to you just to get a job done ! They have no respect or care for you or your team! Lying and hiding details is their #1 skill, especially if it comes to them saving a few bucks. Beware if you try and report them to the BBB for shady business practices, they will suspend your account. Was highly dissatisfied with this company. Complete clowns !!!! 🤡💯💯🤡

BEWARE: If you complete a job but have canceled other jobs previously they will keep your money, and they don’t have a cancellation fee in their contract but they do have a service failure fee in their contract trying to say it’s the same as a cancellation fee but it is not it states if you fail while performing a job. Also the reason they don’t have a cancellation fee is because they take jobs from you unexpectedly. Also I took a job with them a few weeks back and it was on a military base they didn’t let us enter because they said we need a ticket
To enter and they we had to go some place else to get the ticket. The guy holding post at the military base didn’t have an address to go to or anything nor was any of this information in the notes of the pick up, they are charging us for that job fail as well as the jobs I canceled due to personal reasons. I have taken legal action against LoadUp.

Worse experience on a app they send me a job at st simons island ga paying $77 with no proper information then customer adding items and job claiming it’s not heavy I decided not to do job cause I’m independent my own boss they going to deactivate my account without paying for my first job reach out to have my personal information deleted no response worse app they some criminal trying to get over on people they some crooked I want my account deleted.

I decided to give them a try and I performed a couple services, not surprised for $60 jobs driven 1 hour away in my 8 cyl truck and having to pay myself dumping fees. At some point they send me an email saying that a customer reported that I showed up without a helper; so I said: “of course!” How am I supposed to hire someone for two jobs a week and pay $10-$20 per job? I said it’s not money enough for what they’re asking and they just deactivated my account on the spot; I asked for the money I already earned and haven’t had an answer, I will update if this gets solved or legal actions have to been taken.

As others have said, they do not reimburse for dump fees, they expect you to drive hours to get places, and they demand you bring a helper. For example, $56 for a mattress is what they pay. It’ll be an hour drive, they expect you to bring a helper, AND the fee is $15-$20 to dump a mattress. So $36 after the fee. Split 2 ways, $18 each. For 2.5-3 hours of work with commute included. Ridiculous. Not to mention they charge YOU money when a customer cancels. I had a customer cancel a job, and now it says I have a $317 “cancellation fee” on my account that is deducted from my earnings. Because the CUSTOMER cancelled. I will be pursuing legal action against them for this, outcome TBD. Do NOT work for this joke of a company. Somehow you’ll owe THEM money 🤬

Dispatch doesn’t pick up the phone if they know you are on a job,

Often make orders that aren’t accurate, you never really know what your going to pick up,
Example,
Loadup will tell the customer “we will come and pick up your couch and 2 mattresses for $180”

I accept the order as one couch for $60 and when we arrive at the job the customer states, “I was charged $180 for pick up of 1 couch and 2 mattresses”
Dispatch doesn’t answer the phone, we end up taking the couch and 2 mattresses for a total of $60 because we can’t sit waiting for dispatch to answer the phone, as they know, we are busy and have other jobs booked. I receive bad feedback because the customer was lied to by whoever made the order.
Customer is still charged $180
I have to dispose of these items also, costing me more than the job payed out.
It’s a game of LoadUp lying to customers and the loaders to make as much money as they can out of you, they do not have your back when the smallest issue comes up, something as simple as a customer wanting to add one chair to the order can completely ruin your day, just because they are desperately trying to make any money they can out of us, bad service all around, do not recommend!

As a former driver with Lodup, they are completely unethical! They do very little research when booking hauling jobs and when you arrive and the scope of the job is not at all what they have quoted the customer, you cannot update the order without threats and uncooperative behavior from LoadUp staff. When I tried to ask for additional payment for a haul-away that had about twice the amount of objects than originally quoted, the “manager” in customer service threatened to get me removed from the platform if I spoke up again. When bringing this up to their superior I was taken off the platform with no warning nor excuse. It greatly effected my ability to support my family at the time and haven’t received any recompense since. Stay away, or unionize as drivers so you can receive the proper pay for yo or work!

Im always getting inaccurate orders that have more stuff that is listed. The pay compared to what is being dumped is ridiculous. They have no concern as to how much dump fees are in your area. If they are free then no problem but it costs $30 just to get rid of a mattress where im at for the very cheapest option. Constantly i see orders for $60 for 3 mattresses. Is it me or does the math not add up?! It forces people to dump illegally! Not to mention now you have to pay for a points subscription! Minimum of $250 a month. Ive personally went on the customer side of ordering service and the price that was being charged was OUTRAGEOUSLY higher then what they pay out to the contractor. These people are making BANK off desperate contractors just looking for work. Start your own business and take the profits you deserve. LoadUpLoader is going to kill this industry.

This company started good when it first came out now it’s all downhill. Orders are not accurate and the payout compared to what the customer paid is lopsided. Definitely a scam.

Ive been a driver for LoadUp for a couple weeks now and am actually making pretty good money IF (and that’s a big IF) I am able to accept the orders. When I talk to customer service about not being able to see or accept orders they always tell me there is orders available for me to take. Well why can’t I see them then?!?! I can’t accept them if I can’t see them in LoadUpLoader !!! If they could improve LoadUpLoader and have me more orders I could do this full time and give 5 stars!! The customer service reps are awesome as well!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Pretty awesome laid back company may not pay the best but it is awesome if you are trying to help out those less fortunate in your community with donated stuff. Pretty awesome when you have nothing else to do and the upper management chain will do whatever they can to fix any problems and they always make it right with you! I recommend using this company 100% for Junk Removal and Tech services along with recommendations for Contracting with them for loads! Awesome company ran by awesome people and the customers have 100% been respectful and professional with each removal.
