I told customer service if the system is 100% reliable and truly awards all winnings/features why would a screenshot fix the issue. The game is fun to play but they don’t want to give you your redemptions. They did the first few times and then they wanted you to get verified again. How is it possible that you can get verified to deposit your money but when you try to redeem, you got to get verified again. And everything you submitted is not good enough, you give them what they ask for and still can’t get verified. Customer service is a nightmare. They won’t get back to you and there’s no other way to contact them . At one point I was going to file a complaint but I just decided to delete McLuckCasino . At one I thought that I was doing something wrong, but in the end, it’s just a hustle and they just didn’t want to pay, hoping you lose all your money.

This game could be very fun, was enjoying playing until I noticed a pattern, would play bonus and each time it would take half of what I paid to play the bonus… HALF. Every single time. Worse than real casino slots because it’s not even real money. I mean you buy coins to play but you don’t win anything so why rig the game? I’ve utilized this site for online slots, however after depositing a considerable amount of money to play with I was unable to claim my winnings. Receiving an email stating that I needed to provide further documentation for verification. After sending in the proper documentation it’s been radio silence and customer support gives the same generic response as to what the hold up is. McLuckCasino will is a total scam, I lost $50 on it playing slots and never once hit a jackpot or a bonus game. Then I went back to the lobby where I had 59,000 coins and $27.7 and none of the games would work. I tried to contacting customer service and after filling out the request form it asks for an account ID which you would think would be the same as the cust ID on your profile in McLuckCasino but evidently it isn’t. I searched and searched for my account ID and never found it. Go figure. Way to take away the fun in the game, one of the main reasons for even downloading the gd app in the first place.

I have submitted a redemption ticket to collect my winnings and they are just too slow to pay you your winnings. If you play other platforms where you get paid same day don’t play this one I ga e been waiting for almost 2 weeks and have you met to be paid. The first payment I kind of understood it taking a while but eleven then I was paid within 8 days. They also cheat you out of coins if you’d not watching your coins. If you watch how much you’d betting and each spin you do on their slot machine you will notice that they with draw more than you bet each spin.

Updated: my previous review still stands true. I gave it another shot to see if the gameplay was improved. Definitely not! I decided this time to play a “Live Dealer” game, Buffalo Blitz. The live games enable chats. The chats stood by my previous review and also added that Free Games were few and far between, making the game play experience no longer enjoyable. So I wanna start by saying that your customer service is horrible. I want more than $5000 through this game and since I started playing through my Facebook application. It is nearly impossible to unlink your Facebook account and like most of us, we did not use our real name on our Facebook account so by the time I wanna cash out you need to verify your information and it doesn’t give you the option to put your legal correct name to be able to verify your information so that being said to be able to play with sweepstake coins you need to play online then you cannot use the application and one day I wake up and I have nothing. If you go to the website you can play with real money. However you definitely lose more than you win but it’s legit. I was able to cash out $800 into my checking account without any hassle. It took maybe 5-8 days. However I probably spent that or more. They definitely don’t make it easy for you to win.

I don’t understand the people saying this is a scam game! I have tried so many of the fraudulent sites that I was dubious at first when I tried this game. So I decided to test it. I started with $10 and managed to build it to $140 in about an hour. I submitted $90 of it for redemption. After proving all the required identities verification I received a communication that my information was confirmed and my redemption was being processed. Yes it took 5 days but it did show up. I refused to play at all until I got the promised funds so I was very pleased when I discovered it was there.
