Manchester United Official App Status

App crashes and returns to main phone screen when selecting 'MY UTD' on Samsung Android phone.

The app takes for ever to load especially predictions but the whole app is very slow and almost unusable this happened since I bought a new IPad with ios17.1.1, same applies to my new iPhone. What’s the problem and can I solve it?

Every time I try to look at an article it's goes to but then the screen just goes white and I can't view anything of the article

My app for Manchester United won’t load properly..it takes a long time which isn’t normal ..its always loaded within 30 seconds…I’ve switched off the ipad for 10 minutes hoping that that would cure the blip..to no avail…everything on the iPad is fine and all other programmes work …I’ve also lost all the numbers for the teams and scores which are awarded after the games..

The App works 99% normal, everything as it should be with one little glitch, that is huge because the App stops responding when I try and play any video. Everything else works, just the video causes the app to crash. Is there some kind of codec that needs to be on the phone?

Articles won’t play (just blank screen), This has gone in for the past few days. I can’t review Hoiland content.

For the past few days articles won’t open (blank screen) and videos won’t play; tap on the play icon and nothing happens. New articles arrive but as already stated don’t open. Neither couId I play the commentary; but this now looks as though I need to subscribe. I was able to access today’s line-ups. I have reinstalled and reset my password, but it remains the same. Thanks

My MAN UTD app keep closing whenever I open, please what's the problem?

App opens. When clicking on some stories the screen stays white. How do I prevent or stop this. .?

Just installed official Man Utd app on my android phone and tablet but it keeps closing down on the tablet, how do I get it to stabilise please?

My app opens but cannot play matches on MUTV without giving "error in playing video" message and closes the app.

App crashes

Unable to open the App now for last 24 hours. It tries to open by welcoming me then it crashes and my phone is telling me to put the app to sleep as the app is using high battery use!!!! Uninstalled App and then downloaded latest version from Play Store but same problem. Forced Stop and retried as suggested plus also cleared data and cache but still no joy. What else do you suggest

MUTV app for XBox One not working. I can sign in, but then the app is convinced that I am not subscribed. I am subscribed. Have re-installed app, and still did not allow access to content. Am attempting a console re-start now. Have successfully accessed MUTV through my mobile app, but the XBox One version will not properly work.
