So last season during the season my EPL app couldn't open no more on my phone and also the website doesn't load up. I tried for several times it still didn't work then I had to re install the app, now the app doesn't open it's just says data loading failed and the browser still doesn't work I've tried it on different browsers on my phone and it still doesn't work but it works on my friend's phone

Viewing a match it crashes when I select stats and goes back to previous page. This is on android. Works fine on apple

Good evening … I have an issue with the app which when I try to log in says: Server error-you may wish to try again 503. Error 503 first byte timeout. First byte timeout. Error 54113. Details: cache-lhr7320-LHR 1658265826 m4016480567. Tried to log in again and am getting left hand side all code, , with near the top , highlighted in red: Transfers VAR. please help David wells

first of all I would like to say that the premier league app is rubbish, you all need to fix it when I try signing in it says unexpected error I would like this fixed please I am not using the app until you fix this problem
Common dislikes about Premier League app
- Scores don’t update
- UI is full of glitches and strange behavior
- Player and team scores from the previous day are still not accurate
- Takes three minutes to do a task that requires only 20 seconds at times
- Transfer market sometimes doesn’t show any players available to be traded
- App has problems updating the scores of games around the country
- App freezes a lot and requires me to constantly close and reopen it
- Takes hours for the point system to tally points and sometimes it gives the wrong amount of points
- Can’t really say they included Fantasy Draft in this app because it’s not really part of the app
- Have to log in every time you want to access
- No one knows the draft order till the draft starts
- No customizing rules
