Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever PBR app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix PBR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PBR app on iPhone
Update PBR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PBR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PBR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PBR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

PBR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PBR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PBR app issues:

Force Stop the PBR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PBR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PBR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PBR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PBR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PBR.

Fix PBR unable to contact server/ PBR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PBR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PBR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PBR on android.
