How to fix Presto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Presto app on iPhone
Update Presto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Presto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Presto network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Presto app issues:

Force Stop the Presto App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Presto app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Presto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Presto App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Presto app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Presto.

Fix Presto unable to contact server/ Presto internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Presto » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Presto » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Presto on android.
