If there is a problem with your delivery order, which there OFTEN is. You have no way to update a tip, cancel the order, not even contact the store you ordered from. The email received when you place the order gives a phone number to contact with any issues, but then they will tell you to contact the store you ordered from. You ask whoever answers there to update a tip or cancel because the driver just took off with your order and went to his own house, and you’re met with confusion (yea, me too!) and inability to fix. Then wait 5 days to hope you see the charge refunded. Overall, Masala Wok has 10 out of 10 for food, 2 out of 10 for delivery order app.
Has anyone else noticed that MasalaWok forces you to tip atleast a dollar? I shouldn’t have to tip when they get an hourly wage already cause sometimes they make my food poorly on top of that. The 10$ Tuesday special just becomes the original price after tax and the forced tip.
I have used the Masala Wok app in the past and it worked just fine. This new version just locks up and shows three screens and will not go to the ordering page. Please fix it ASAP.

Redeeming the points does not work at all.
MasalaWok has a loyalty program where you gain points for orders but when it’s time to check out and claim the rewards it won’t actually allow you to cash in. If you say in my case had 45 points and want to cash in 25 for garlic naan you can’t. You get to the page, option is presented but no , you can’t actually choose it!
Masala items require you to pay for the protein, however the base price is shown on the main screen does not include the lowest protein price.
Also had to navigate back to the Home Screen to change to the time. Would like to change this from the checkout screen before payment.
Only show Three screens. I love the food but this is the worst app experience I ever had
