How to fix DreamBird app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DreamBird app on iPhone
Update DreamBird app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DreamBird iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DreamBird on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DreamBird network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DreamBird Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DreamBird not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DreamBird App
1. On android, goto Settings » DreamBird » click [Force Stop]

Update DreamBird to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DreamBird App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DreamBird » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DreamBird.

Fix DreamBird unable to contact server/ DreamBird internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DreamBird » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DreamBird » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
