Although we can choose a US number, sms and what’s app verification does not work. I tried locally in Vietnam in WiFi, cellular and through VPN.

XanhSM doesn’t work on my 14prm.

Get error messages, hard to use, does not accept American Express or other credit cards.

Too bad I wish to use them but they can only take cash and not my visa card from USA . I have no choice but to use grab car

Booked a trip, driver called to confirm and then didn’t move for over 5 minutes. Meanwhile I’m just waiting and I need to get somewhere. If you need a reliable ride then do not use XanhSM.

When I first started using XanhSM i could choose between Vietnamese and English then XanhSM switched to Vietnamese only. I uninstalled XanhSM hoping to reset the default language. Then when attempting to set it back up however it'll only accept a Vietnamese phone number where I was able to use a Singaporean number earlier so now I cannot use XanhSM anymore. This is very disappointing as I regularly used XanhSM in Ho Chi Minh city. 🙄

App shows driver not moving and sometimes is moving. App says they accept international credit cards but do not. Not worth the effort when others are more reliable.

App is not reliable at all. It frequently has problems that disallows booking, until I reinstall XanhSM . Also, it is much harder to book and the wait is usually much longer compared to grab.

i booked a ride on Xanh SM and i had a problem with not being able to get in the car on time. But neither i nor the driver could cancel the ride and the driver called me and said i was bothering him. Even though i wanted to cancel on XanhSM but couldn't. Terrible experience.

This company committed theft on 30 January by collecting 4 credit card payments while refusing to offer ride hailing services. Proof on hand.
Be warned of malpractice of this company.
You order a car via XANH NOW and then they refuse and force you to pay cash. I even have a picture of the driver hiding his face not to be recognized in this scam

Xanh service is quite good and prices are reasonable but XanhSM is extremely annoying.

XanhSM is constantly sending notifications with promotions and it doesn’t have any option to opt out from them, leaving BLOCKING ALL NOTIFICATIONS the only viable option.

It’s a pity I can’t enjoy a good service without being bombarded by absurd promotions I’m not interested in.

As a frequent traveler to Vietnam for my UX design business, I cannot use XanhSM because it requires a Vietnamese phone number. I used to use local SIM cards but those are no longer necessary with most international dialing plans. Would love to support Vinfast!

Needs pictures and direct messaging to be added to confirm pick up location

Unfortunately, XanhSM requires a phone number local to Vietnam for OTP authentication and does not accept foreign credit cards. I would love to use this service as the cars look amazing. Hopefully XanhSM will as this support in the future.

The best taxi option in Hanoi because it’s all electric. Their call support center is excellent with outstanding customer service. Their app is improving, and I hope to see an automated translation feature in the chat with drivers, as well as English translations of the notifications sent by XanhSM . The most important need is the ability to accept credit cards issued outside Vietnam - Grab is able to accept these cards, so I hope XanhSM can do the same soon.
