Very little drivers available, maps is inaccurate

If you wanna use that app in Hanoi there’s only a few drivers. Unlike grab. You have to wait so long to get someone. And the map is always incorrect. Also, most drivers are very young and don’t know the streets well.

Please reduce advertisements

The app and service are good but the constant notifications with just advertisements are really annoying! You should include an option opt out of such non essential notifications.

useless for non-vietnamese

foreign credit cards are not accetpted and apple pay not possible. So not usabable for non-vietnamese.
