Trash app

By far the worst work app I have ever used. Is not employe friendly. Does not allow personal settings for employees to view information. You actually have to leave the application to preform tasks; like auditing. Not to mention I have to update it every week… Save your employees the pain of using Woven.

Notification sounds are very low in volume. Cannot customize the notification sound. So many missed notifications. Slow to connect to “service” regardless of having the best 5GUC network, regardless of being connected to WiFi. Constant “loading” page.

Notifications are sporadic, causing me to miss important communications from my team. Some functionalities are not fully available in Woven which can make accomplishing certain tasks take longer than they need to as I wait for the browser window to open up. Would not recommend for your business.

Horrible

Woven/website has consistently been horrible. Scheduling actions, such as requesting off/calling in/updating availability do not work. If you try it in Woven , it takes you to an error page in a web browser, and you can’t do any of those actions on the actual website. What’s the point of a scheduling app if you can’t actually use it?

Woven is laggy, when switching to a different week to check my schedule it goes back to the previous week. Fix this!

Worse communication App there is

Woven is one of the worst. When using it - Woven takes you away into a browser. You can hardly use Woven , why have an app when it just takes you to a browser? Hardly gets notifications, can’t upload pdf. Glitches all the time, when reaching out to support you get no response back.

Most of the time I don’t get notified about my messages, I have to click on Woven to see if I have any. I tried everything to fix it

When I need to check my schedule, I have to swipe like 3 times before it allows me to see the following week’s schedule. Would benefit to see the schedule for the whole month. Also have to refresh constantly to see new messages.

There are times I won’t even receive notifications even though I have them turned on. Just overall, a slow app. Does have potential though.

this app may be satisfactory for a business or management to use, however - it’s forced on employees as a means to check schedules and communications. This requires a download on the phone or daily check-in on a pc, usage of uncompensated data, direct and any-time access on or off the clock, and if any important communications or documents are passed through this app, it’s on the employee to provide the materials, cost, and time to access it.

Additionally, updates to this app are aesthetic changes only. The function of the schedule aspect is insufferable and requires most users (staff) to write it out for clarity. Messages and communications can also be a struggle to navigate. The team deciding the layout and function of this app are prioritizing all but the lower-level employee ease of use and access.

this app gets a one-star because of it’s blind spots on lower-level employee’s access and function - and the fact that it provides employers invasive and all-day access to employees. It’s ignorant to presume that employees in the USA can ignore or attend to work communications at their convenience. That’s not how things work in this country - there are always consequences.

My main problem with Woven is I never know if I have any messages to review until I open Woven . I wish it showed how many messages there are to review by displaying a badge outside Woven

Layout needs to be better

Convenient and easy to use, but Woven layout with displayed shifts needs improvement. Should have a feature to show the whole month instead of swiping week by week.

Okay i guess

It doesn’t show the actual hours worked. I cant see my pay stubs, how much i got paid, or the taxes taken out. I can’t ever see my schedule for the next week. Only the current week for some reason. It makes it hard to make plans or even plan around it when schedules are always posted in the last minute

Won’t stop crashing

I tried to open my this app this morning and check my schedule for the day and it forced me to update and now it won’t stop crashing. Please fix.

Visually better that previous app. But unfortunately lots of bugs so far, and missing the “add to calendar” option. Hoping this will be added in like it was in the old app.

Needs Improvement - No notifications!

Seems to work well for work, but I never get notification alerts on my iPhone.

Also, I can’t delete or mark messages read for some some private messages. I’ve even pressed the ‘mark all read’ option it gives and it still says I have them unread.

Other than that, it’s a great communicator for work.
