This app/website has consistently been horrible. Scheduling actions, such as requesting off/calling in/updating availability do not work. If you try it in the app, it takes you to an error page in a web browser, and you can’t do any of those actions on the actual website. What’s the point of a scheduling app if you can’t actually use it?
