When I tried to sign in it worked fine until after I closed it out then it started glitching like getting a quick glimpse of the apps Home Screen then close out it’s been doing this since I got AGFC which was Friday.

Won’t load on my iPhone. Old App was great. This one is a no-go.

The game check feature, which is really the only reason for me to have AGFC, doesn’t work. Doesn’t even exist. Although the old app had glitches with the graphics, the game check feature actually worked. Now I’ll be standing around on hold waiting on a game check number. Oh well.

Worth zero stars. Worked for a little while and now won’t show any license info or let me check game. Absolutely worthless then. So frustrating the this app level of incompetence I’ll just do what I want until they decide to fix

I have had to delete and reload AGFC 6 times since it’s release. My license or none of my tags show up and the only thing you can do is delete and redownload. There should have been a lot more time spent in AGFC before the release to the public. As sad as it is to say it, the old app was much smoother and a lot better set up and even
it wasn’t good.

It opened a few times now won’t open try to then kicks out idk I have license but evidently cant use my tags

So how am I supposed to tag a deer or even prove I have a license when it just stopped showing I had a license “nothing to display”? App has had nothing but issues since it released and only seems to keep getting worse.

I have downloaded AGFC twice! Once I close AGFC it will not open again.

I’m not sure how, but it could be. My nephew in high school makes better apps than this.

This new app will not even pull up my license. I’ve called and was told to delete AGFC and reinstall and I’ve done that several times. Still will not load my license.

Total garbage. Booted my account out of AGFC and thus far have not been able to add it back. Good luck trying to figure out how to check your kids deer kill in AGFC …….no idea how it works. Major fixes needed…..very bad App

Who ever wanted to make the change from the old website to this one needs to be fired it takes a background in hacking to find your account nothing works it is a joke.

Hope this one works better than the last one that cost me several days in court at my expense

The new app is absolutely atrocious. I can’t add my kid’s permits under my name and then even online, it won’t let me tag a deer under his name. It tagged it under me. Bring back the old app, please.

Deleted the old app. Now AGFC just says open instead of download. I already bought my license. AGFC from what I’ve seen and heard can kick rocks. Good way to waste our money that keep this app employed!

AGFC is pitiful. Checking game is a complete roll of the dice. It rarely completes the submission and asks that the game check be resubmitted. When this happens, one submits multiple times until the check goes through, only to find out later that AGFC actually submitted the check every time even though it was claiming in the moment that it didn’t work. This has happened to me countless times checking both turkeys and deer. I’ve just quit trying to use it and instead take a photo of the game right after dispatching it. If the wardens ask, that’s what they’ll get.

The new app has the wrong year waterfowl regulations posted. Please be careful as things have changed from last year. I’m positive ol green pants won’t care if you were mistaken because of their mistake.

Can’t even sign in

This new app is terrible. It’s the most basic app I’ve ever seen and doesn’t have as much information as the old app. You can’t view your license, like you could in the old app. You can’t check in game like you used to before. I hope the state didn’t pay someone millions to develop AGFC because the this app just got scammed with our tax dollars.

The old app was better. I just renewed my license only to find there is this new app. I installed it and can’t sign in with credentials that I just created. I enter everything correctly and get a message to correct the following errors and there are no errors identified. The website isn’t too good either.

Can’t get the license purchase to work. The twitter this app page told me some instructions about migrating an account that makes little sense. Not sure why it has to be this difficult to give them my money so I can shoot a couple doves and go deer hunting

Can’t check/tag game (deer,Turkey) with AGFC.
Horrible- not sure how to check anything now

The previous app was pretty good, this new one is terrible.
I’m all for upgrading but our tax dollars went to pay for a downgrade? Somebody needs to get fired.

Check game feature doesn’t work on my iPhone 13. Deleted app and reinstalled. Link displays my customer info and nothing else. Should not have been released until bugs worked out.

This new version is supposed to be easier to do everything how do you gamecheck before the update you checked the game in put the time and zone once that is done they send you a code how do you game check on the new one pretty difficult and frustrating I called the office and they don’t even know how it works ???

Nothing works. Absolute trash to roll this out for customer use in this day and age.

Has me at 4ft instead of 6ft . I have settled an inch or two in 67 years but not 2 feet. Too many usernames and passwords for old timers . If you’re hunting out of town I guess you will have to carry your logbook around with you. If you have iPhone 8 or below probably won’t work,they will not be supported on next software update 17 . New phones are even smaller again, you will need a magnifying glass to check on them . Good luck checking one over phone it seems like they are down to 1 operator for the time it takes to do that. All this is going to get you is folks just give up tagging them.

After you get AGFC working and everything swapped its not too bad but getting your account pulled up is terrible it took me and my son both “accounts” around 1 1/2 to 2 hours each to get everything sorted from all the people I’ve talked to personally hate it they tried registering deer and took so long getting everything sorted they give up to try later

Works ok but have had to delete and reload AGFC and have to put all my information again to get it to work at times. Difficult to manage kids accounts. Had to call to check game because app not working. Hasn’t worked well when I am in remote areas with no servíce.

Signed in last night and was not able to purchase the WMA permit or the hip. Something that should be free.. app signed me out. Kinda ridiculous that two free permits kept me from hunting dove this morning… absolutely ridiculous. Tried going on the web browser and it wouldn’t work there either

The old app was much better for managing and viewing your license. Please fix it.

App seems simple enough. Haven’t purchased any licenses yet as I’m already licensed up for the year. My problem is there isn’t an obvious way to log off AGFC like other applications. The only way I’ve been able to log out is to click “remove profile”. You can log back into the application after you “remove profile” by entering your login credentials that were created in the setup process.

It would be nice to have a logout button. I’d like to see facial recognition for the login to my account.

Way better than the old app, smooth and easy, no glitches and super easy to use a 3 year old could use it with ease, I'm supper excited about it and love using it. I highly recommend AGFC to everyone.

Used it this weekend for early goose. Worked well. Hunting season is back!!

AGFC is a huge improvement.
