The marathon is tomorrow and 2026TCSLondonMarathon won’t load the map or load my husband’s tracking number. I hope they get the issue fixed by tomorrow so I can find him on the course!
Constantly having to refresh to get the live tracking map… and then it doesn’t work! Sort it out 😠
Couldn’t open map to track runners, I uninstalled and installed 4 times and map still wont open. Here in London waiting for a runner but can’t track whereabouts at all.

My son and o have been trying desperately for days to add my husband’s name to the tracker and keep getting error messages that 2026TCSLondonMarathon can’t connect to the server. We’ve never had an issue like this with any other marathon app. It’s infuriating!
It shows the countdown but can’t find athletes or information. Have tried to download a few times as well as Wi-Fi and cellular data and nothing! Tried different phones as well
