We are Swamp Family members and we’ve had nothing but problems with this app. It declines codes sent for presale tickets as well as declining cards to make purchases. I’ve called the bank to see if it’s a problem on my end but they say my account is in good standing and my cards should have no problem going through. This has been an issue since we’ve downloaded the app. I’ve rarely been able to use this app

It told me to do this that, and the other to get a presale code, which meant signing up which I did. So I took several minutes to type all that in, but when I went back to click on give me presale code, it told me I have to be become a member first now. I just gave up then.
