How to fix Writely app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Writely app on iPhone
Update Writely app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Writely iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Writely on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Writely network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Writely Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Writely not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Writely App
1. On android, goto Settings » Writely » click [Force Stop]

Update Writely to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Writely App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Writely » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Writely.

Fix Writely unable to contact server/ Writely internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Writely » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Writely » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Writely
