In reviewing the different choices for a ChatBot, and reading a lot of good reviews, I made my purchase. I gave my credit card information, as required. After the three day free trial, my card was charged for a years service, which I had chosen. Everything was good up until this point. My money was taken, but I still only had the “Free Trail” tools. It didn’t upgrade anything. I wrote customer service and haven’t received any response. Shortly after sending the email to customer service, I received notification that there was “Server Maintenance”, when opening the application . Of course this happens, but the timing was odd. Two days later the server apparently is still under maintenance and my “Pro” features have still not been unlocked. Right now I am out $50 plus taxes. I have requested a refund from Apple, but it’s too early to know if it will be approved. I am more than disappointed.

So I decided to give this a try based on most of the reviews. To start the free trial, I chose the yearly payment and signed up. I then tried ChatAIApp and decided I have no real need for it and wanted to cancel everything.

I used the email they have provided in reviews, came back as not found. I then went to terms and conditions, it simply says, under contract us, to contact them but gives no way to do so. I also tried contact us in the menu but that brought up the mail app for my phone and did nothing else.

I would like to cancel my sub for a full refund. I just got this today so I’m still within the trial period.

Seems shady and I just want this settled.

I paid for the year subscription and now ChatAIApp just stares back at me with a blank screen. Tried emailing support as there is no phone number. Still have gotten no response. Next step is contacting Apple and get my money back!!!

Even after you subscribe, it does not let you use the features unless you pay an additional $40-$45… Disappointed.

My app isn’t working and I can’t get any support but still getting charged for the cost of ChatAIApp .

Gives excuses not answers. Just give me tge data, not your opinion.

I’m trying to give ChatAIApp a test drive before I purchase and can’t find a way to do so

This so called AI is created by liberals and is shown easily.

Ask it to write a rap or poem or whatever about Biden and it does so disgustingly favorably

Ask it to do the same with trump and it refuses, citing that it can not write offensive content

Overall, it’s fantastic. I chose this over Microsoft Bing’s AI because ChatAIApp was more specific with the answer to the question I asked. For example, I asked ChatAIApp to prepare a list of kidney friendly dinners for the upcoming week and it made a list of different dinners for each day of the week. When I asked Bing the exact same thing, it only told me which foods are good and bad for maintaining healthy kidneys. ChatAIApp is a little buggy, like it locks up a lot and I always have to restart it. It would be nice if I could search previous chats. It would also be nice if I could search for the specific animal chat bot that I want to use instead of having to scroll through them all.

I could have not imagined a Chat GPT app in the style of WhatsApp. So intuitive and i can tell this is the best Chat GPT Turbo app. I have tried a lot and most of them don't provide value this one does.
Turbo speed + professional and well documented answers + lots of great use cases.

Uses latest (as of 9 March 2023) GPT-3.5 with best model Davinci. Great accurate and deep answers, I tested hard question and compared with 6 other similar AI Chatbots (yes there are real differences even if they all use OpenAI GPT-3 latest version). Would be perfect if they also have website service in parallel
