In reviewing the different choices for a ChatBot, and reading a lot of good reviews, I made my purchase. I gave my credit card information, as required. After the three day free trial, my card was charged for a years service, which I had chosen. Everything was good up until this point. My money was taken, but I still only had the “Free Trail” tools. It didn’t upgrade anything. I wrote customer service and haven’t received any response. Shortly after sending the email to customer service, I received notification that there was “Server Maintenance”, when opening the application . Of course this happens, but the timing was odd. Two days later the server apparently is still under maintenance and my “Pro” features have still not been unlocked. Right now I am out $50 plus taxes. I have requested a refund from Apple, but it’s too early to know if it will be approved. I am more than disappointed.

So I decided to give this a try based on most of the reviews. To start the free trial, I chose the yearly payment and signed up. I then tried the app and decided I have no real need for it and wanted to cancel everything.
I used the email they have provided in reviews, came back as not found. I then went to terms and conditions, it simply says, under contract us, to contact them but gives no way to do so. I also tried contact us in the menu but that brought up the mail app for my phone and did nothing else.
I would like to cancel my sub for a full refund. I just got this today so I’m still within the trial period.
Seems shady and I just want this settled.

I paid for the year subscription and now the app just stares back at me with a blank screen. Tried emailing support as there is no phone number. Still have gotten no response. Next step is contacting Apple and get my money back!!!
