I upgraded the castle at level 14 at puzzles and chaos frozen castle game that I downloaded from justplay and haven't received my reward yet. I sent to email but no response.

I only have 1 acount, justplay is not converting coins. Have sent various emails but always get the same answer, and the problem is not solved. I enjoy playing the games but am very disapointed with the lack of suport solving the problem.
