GA Gateway Reviews

I recently had a frustrating experience trying to log in to the GA Gateway website. The site is supposed to provide easy access to various state services, but it was anything but user-friendly. First off, the website took forever to load, and once it finally did, I encountered numerous error messages. The login process itself was overly complicated, requiring multiple steps and a ridiculous number of security questions.

Even after I managed to get through the initial hurdles, I was repeatedly kicked out of the system for no apparent reason. Each time I tried to log back in, I had to go through the entire process all over again. On top of that, the website's interface is outdated and confusing, making it difficult to find the information I needed.

To make matters worse, the customer support was unhelpful. I waited on hold for nearly an hour, only to be told that they couldn't resolve my issue and that I should try again later. Overall, my experience with GA Gateway was extremely disappointing and a huge waste of time. The state seriously needs to invest in improving this service.

The freaks that run the website that doesn’t even kind of work made an even more useless app that’s somehow even more of a waste of time than the website. If you think getting GAGateway might be different? Might help you get around the horrible website? Don’t bother. Listen to me reader. Please. Don’t. Bother.

I keep getting emails saying I have notifications yet when I go to app to look…nothing! It keeps telling me to update I’ve tried that goes back to “open.” Still nothing! I have uninstalled and reinstalled still the same thing! GAGateway is useless!!

GAGateway is horrible. They need to get it together. It always tells you either your passwords not right or go to GAGateway to update to the latest version and when you do that it’s a black screen y’all need to pull it together and get it together.

GAGateway is useless and just takes space on your phone. When you attempt to login, it tells you to updated the already updated app and will not let you go any further. Just do no waste you phone space or time trying to get this to work.

What is the point in having GAGateway when half the time I’m trying to log in and constantly getting kicked out. I have waited 4 months to hear anything about my renewal. I’m waiting for renewal still with no word yet except that they are working on it. I hope they fix GAGateway issues.

This website is an epic fail!!!!. I can’t trust it.!!!! I put in the correct info and it keeps asking me the same info!!!
This website is the worse and because of its ugliness my family will not have medical and food benefits. I put in a paper application in March it’s now the end of July!! My family hungry and it’s messed up!!! Makes me hate America!!!

I can’t do nothing, upload photos, link cases, change numbers… ANYTHING… then when you call support they’ll never answers and the technician of the cases won’t help neither and you end losing opportunities… andddddd magically they’re always under maintenance… apparently that “maintenance” doesn’t work either … also the local office is terrible….

I’m been having problems with my app since December 7th I was supposed to have received my food stamps on that day .
Still NOTHING and when I try to check for why on GAGateway it’s saying my password is incorrect plus when I did get to login, it didn’t show when I will be receiving my food stamps . My family HAS to eat , someone needs to fix this ASAP!

GAGateway doesn’t let you log in and says there is an update in store and I try to update it but there isn’t even an update in the store. I’ve even tried deleting GAGateway and reinstalling and still says it. Don’t even waste your time. This is supposed to be an government app/website but barely works half the time.

App doesn’t work 99.2% of the time!!! It’s horrible. Nothing but a headache. If you do get logged in then you can’t upload documents like you’re supposed to or it says it successful but then they cancel your benefits cause they say they didn’t get documents!! Now here we are in the middle of Dec and I didn’t receive benefits for some reason and I did everything I was supposed to do!

I have tried for about a year now to get into GAGateway. It will not let me I download it. It always says my password is wrong even if I change it. The mobile app for me has never worked even if I try to use the web browser to load into it. It does not work. I have to use the other gateway to be able to access any of my information

GAGateway is an embarrassment to the state. Everything about it is a joke. From logging in to actually achieving any benefit in an attempt towards using it for its intended purposes. It gives you no real insight about your status, nor allows you to input any required documents. If you’re counting on GAGateway to get you approved/reinstated - forget about it! When your benefits are up for review, they mail you papers insisting you reapply via GAGateway…… GO IN PERSON TO TOUR LOCAL OFFICE & DO IT THE OLD FASHION WAY!!!

It keeps telling me to update GAGateway but there’s no way to do so! It says that the updated version is 2.12 but this is the same version that is on my phone! I can’t access my account whatsoever now for anything! I went to my local office for help but they have no idea either! I couldn’t access my notices before this “update” and now I can’t even login or access my account anymore! GAGateway DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! Either do your little job or find someone who can!!!

I haven’t been able to apply renew or upload anything in the gateway system in three years. I’ve called multiple times for the number that helps with Gateway. I’ve had people at the Dfacs Office transfer me to the department to help with this. I’ve seen multiple emails. I can login I can see my case, but I don’t see any notices. I cannot renew anything on Gateway. I cannot upload anything on Gateway and every time I login I have to create a new account link my other accounts.

I have been trying for weeks now to read a new message. Which are usually important…. I literally had a panic attack today when I tried to get into my account. First, they were sending my account details to a stranger on a phone that is NOT listed or affiliated with me or my account. As every other time in the last 2 weeks, I can’t get into my account. Do I have a deadline to meet? What kind of important message is this? Who knows! Only the representative that sent it, AND don’t forget whoever has the stranger is with the strange phone number! I haven’t been able to contact customer service, it is always something different. HELP…PLEASE!!

They know GAGateway is completely useless and do nothing to fix it. It buys them more time. It’s been 4 months since I re-applied and still nothing. I was cancelled for uploading 3 weeks of paystubs instead of 4. I know I uploaded 4, but they closed my case and I had to te-apply. 4 MONTHS! I’m a single mom working 2 jobs to barely get by. I had to make the choice of making my car/insurance payments or feeding my child. They came and got the car so I’ve lost job #2 now. Nobody wants to be in this situation having to ask for help and most people are doing the best they can. I’m trying to get back on my feet but it feels like they want me to stay down. A 2-year old can make a better app than this.

Just like the website you can’t get ANYTHING done on GAGateway, you can’t upload anything, check the status or any case, do renewals, or check your notifications when you try to it just pulls up a blank page EVERY TIME.

I use GAGateway rarely so I don’t have nothing negative to really say, I also don’t have nothing positive to elaborate either so it’s fine I guess

Ok, I was reluctant to use GAGateway based on the reviews. After thinking for myself I downloaded GAGateway . GAGateway was great for what it’s made for. Meaning, GAGateway is designed for checking your documentations, notices, and updating personal information. Do not download GAGateway if you’re attempting to apply/re-apply for benefits. GAGateway is great for checking to see if you’re in need of a review, or checking benefit status. Use the computer for things pertaining directly to your case! Come on now. You all are giving GAGateway horrible reviews based on limited functions. You can easily go into your local office, or go onto the website for full access.
