This application is a far cry from user-friendly. As a premium reward member an avid movie watcher I’m penalized. I cannot book a free movie from this application and pick my seats. Have to show up to the theater and hope that they still have the seats that I want. At least this was part this was seamless and online.

You can’t look at all the movies playing for the day. You have to click on each individual movie to see what’s playing. You can’t add the tickets to your Apple wallet the function just simply doesn’t work. The rewards you’re supposed to earn when purchasing tickets does not work. The credit card function to add to ElevateEntertainment to earn rewards does not work.

We should have option to use free movie ticket at check out like website allowed us to do prior. Why do we have to go on site if I’m buying tickets together through app. I’ll have to buy 3 tickets for my family and have to go in person for free one and risk getting separated or sold out.

Everytime you need to login you have to wait for an email to be sent with a link for you to click. The emails are unpredictable and sometimes take hours to come through. Seems to conveniently happen while trying to use rewards and buy tickets. By the the time the email comes through it’s too late to use ElevateEntertainment for your desired rewards and purchases.

Seriously, just let us login with an email and password, it’s ridiculous.

I had an account and went to the movies weekly, I had to take a few weeks off cuz I had surgery and I went in today to book my next movie and they deleted my account and all my points. What’s the benefit if you’re just gonna reset my profile randomly?!?

After they bought showbiz I downloaded ElevateEntertainment. It’s terrible. It says you are timed out often when you go to book your selected seats. Then when you go back through the booking process it shows the seats you originally selected as unavailable, even though you could not buy them. The rewards are a joke too. Showbiz was so much better. Rewards applied automatically and now we have to redeem awards in their understaffed theatre.

Disappointed that you can’t redeem free movie tickets on ElevateEntertainment when you are purchasing tickets in advance. I never wait until I get to the theater to buy my tickets. The old app for Showbiz also showed your available free movie rewards on checkout so you could easily redeem them.

EVO recently bought our favorite theater from Paragon. The theater is still great. EVO’s policies, however, are significantly more restrictive. Not only can 3 adults not buy 3 seats in the LUX Box section (which allows alcoholic beverages) making things seriously awkward for any adult group not “coupled-up”, EVO’s app does not allow one to send others in you party their individual tickets. I originally tried purchasing 4 seats (for the three of us) to Dune pt 2 through Fandango but was denied regardless of the time I chose. So, I uploaded the EVO app where the sale miraculously went through. 90% of the reason we attend movies at this theater is for the children and teenager free atmosphere the LUX Box offers. Having to pay for 4 seats so 3 adults watch a movie together there is downright usurious.

The timer for purchasing the tickets continues to run even if you’re inputting information to establish an account. I finally get the account created and I’m in the middle of inputting the credit card number and it just times out and takes me back to the top level to start all over again. This needs to be fixed!

I downloaded ElevateEntertainment to buy tickets for inside out 2 this Friday (6/28). First red flag, I was not allowed to put my correct birthday in app, just the day I downloaded ElevateEntertainment and the correct birth year. All other months are greyed out/ unable to be chose. Finally getting into ElevateEntertainment and I choose my movie and my theater doesn’t even show up when I choose the date I want to watch the movie on.

I’m still not happy that they advise me all my points for my previous account order rolled over here and they did not.

ElevateEntertainment was easy to follow and use to select my seats and purchase the movie tickets. If you could make ElevateEntertainment interact with the point system to where I could redeem my "fee movie" pass and snack purchase discount it would be great and I'd give it 5 star.

App makes booking tickets for movies simple with clear, easy to understand instructions. Great to not worry about the hassle of remembering my credit card or standing in line dealing with cash. Straight to the kiosk for the movie line. ElevateEntertainment also keeps a history of my visits to EVO for point collection.

Elevate is seriously cleanest theatre there is. Hands down fabulous. Staff is super welcoming and friendly! Never seen it busy, but we like them late night movies! Always safe and inviting, Elevate is too tier movie going experience! 🙏

ElevateEntertainment is great for buying tickets. It’s such a timesaver and if you print your tickets off before hand, you can just walk right in. I like ElevateEntertainment before it gave reviews of the movies, but they don’t do that anymore.

Easy to reserve, select seats and pay. They don’t apply any abusive charges for advance purchase. Great!

ElevateEntertainment is easy to use. Also, I love that they don’t add an online fee when purchasing tickets.

Love the new ticketing feature! Being able to see the seat maps of the different showtimes is so much more convenient than the website!
