Hello. I have bought at least 10 movie tickets on the app and uploaded several recipes and I have gotten no rewards points. Can you tell me why or what I’m doing wrong
Can’t login

Everytime you need to login you have to wait for an email to be sent with a link for you to click. The emails are unpredictable and sometimes take hours to come through. Seems to conveniently happen while trying to use rewards and buy tickets. By the the time the email comes through it’s too late to use the app for your desired rewards and purchases.
Seriously, just let us login with an email and password, it’s ridiculous.
Terrible app

After they bought showbiz I downloaded this app. It’s terrible. It says you are timed out often when you go to book your selected seats. Then when you go back through the booking process it shows the seats you originally selected as unavailable, even though you could not buy them. The rewards are a joke too. Showbiz was so much better. Rewards applied automatically and now we have to redeem awards in their understaffed theatre.
Kinda works

You can’t look at all the movies playing for the day. You have to click on each individual movie to see what’s playing. You can’t add the tickets to your Apple wallet the function just simply doesn’t work. The rewards you’re supposed to earn when purchasing tickets does not work. The credit card function to add to the app to earn rewards does not work.
