How to fix Cosmo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cosmo app on iPhone
Update Cosmo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cosmo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cosmo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cosmo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cosmo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cosmo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cosmo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cosmo » click [Force Stop]

Update Cosmo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cosmo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cosmo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cosmo.

Fix Cosmo unable to contact server/ Cosmo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cosmo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cosmo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cosmo
