How to fix Westwing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Westwing app on iPhone
Update Westwing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Westwing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Westwing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Westwing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Westwing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Westwing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Westwing App
1. On android, goto Settings » Westwing » click [Force Stop]

Update Westwing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Westwing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Westwing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Westwing.

Fix Westwing unable to contact server/ Westwing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Westwing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Westwing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
