Worst business model ever!

Imagine a world where you cannot buy a plane ticket more than 3 days in advance.
Imagine if you cannot book hotels more than 3 days in advance. This is the LCR experience.
Additionally, you can only book up to 2-3 tickets.
This system only exists so you are forced to use “back door” deals for extra money, but good luck trying to do that unless you know someone and speak the language.

Make it easier for foreigners

You have 3-4 million tourists a year and yet you don’t make it easy to buy tickets. You assume everyone will have a Lao phone number to verify but that’s not the case. Why do you even need to verify? If the passport don’t match when checked then it’s not verified. And please correct the default date to current date instead of several days back.

Terrible experience without Laos telephone number

You use this app to sell tickets, but only Laos telephone number can register. Who can tell me how can a foreign tourist buy a ticket?
The only positive point of this app is the user interfaces, compare to some relatively same app developed by CARA, this app looks okay.
And that’s all, because I cannot register, neither can I buy tickets!!!
