The Loews website opens within LoewsHotelsCo to book a room. The account data in LoewsHotelsCo (previous stays, preferences, cc info, etc.) does not cross over to the website. After booking is completed, the reservation info can be retrieved on the website but not in LoewsHotelsCo .
Please fix this. Loews hotels are my favorite. Hilton hotels are my second favorite because of the convenience and functionality of their app.

Not sure what’s wrong but LoewsHotelsCo just keep asking me to sign in again to continue. That was the only message I got. Very informative, not! I deleted LoewsHotelsCo , it’s pretty useless when it can’t even sign in. NOTE: I used my Apple ID to sign in.

This is not a review against Loews but I made a reservation online through my account but when I went to LoewsHotelsCo it wasn’t there. No big deal, but when I attempted to add it, I keep getting an error message. Not super helpful to help me manage my travel.

Do not waste your time. The check in DOESN’T work. LoewsHotelsCo is asking you to sign in every time you open it. I did check in and gave my payment, but got no keyless entry. In fact SOBE doesn’t have that option but Loews promotes it anyway.

Similar to other complaints I’ve seen, you cannot add an existing reservation in LoewsHotelsCo - seems like basic functionality that should work.

Stella Nova isn’t listed so I can’t link my reservation. I reported the issue months ago and the helpdesk person was very rude and eventually said he would escalate it and…..nothings changed.

Unable to link reservation to App. No customer support help when I reached out, blame placed on a third-party that manages accounts, it appears that it has been this way for over a year.

Downloaded LoewsHotelsCo to add an existing reservation. Made an account with my Apple account.

Unable to edit my profile or add an existing reservation.

When I went to the website in a browser, there was not an option to log in with my Apple account.

These are critical blockers, y’all need to get your PM to prioritize these fixes to ship ASAP. 💜

I am having same issue. Tried to add a reservation and just keeps saying there is an error even before I add the info.

What’s the point of having an app for hotels if you can’t even link your reservations in it?!! Deleted.

The experience is poor. Can’t check in. Horrible.

LoewsHotelsCo DOES NOTHING and asking for help DOES NOTHING. Checking in and out of any Loews Hotel GIVES YOU NOTHING... WHAT A HORRIBLE BRAND YOU HAVE BECOME

Getting error message trying to add a reservation.

LoewsHotelsCo will not let you add a reservation.

Very “clunky.” Unable to slide screen to choose a date…must click an arrow which takes 30-35 seconds to load 2 months at a time. Takes 2-3 minutes to get to a date 6 or more months in the future. Probably should view ALL the other competitor’s hotel apps to get an idea of how your app should run more efficiently. This is surely a decades old app that needs updating.

It’s much faster and more efficient using the full website. Quite frustrating, so I’m deleting your app until you’ve upgraded to a more efficiently run app… as the 5 other hotel apps I currently use on my phone. The hotel apps on my phone are the apps I ALWAYS choose from to make my travel/lodging arrangements.

If your app is not on my phone…I don’t choose your hotel.

I just signed up for LoewsHotelsCo and I am supposed to be able to check in via LoewsHotelsCo but when I put my CVC number in it is still gray and I’m not able to check in. Also, the hotel needs to provide more photos of the rooms. I’m actually shocked. They are not more photos, especially of the ocean front Given that that’s such an easy marketing tool.
