They told me there is no tax for business account. They charged me tax.

95% of my orders keep getting canceled. Ridiculous how are you supposed to operate a business with this kind of service.

WalmartBusiness has my address memorized but refuses to finalize just the address part. If I have to go in person then I might as well go to a completely different organization.

App is constantly glitching, kicking me out from my account and having issues. It’s becoming a problem now. I have to uninstall WalmartBusiness and install it again to get it to work sometimes and even then it doesn’t always work.

Walmarts mapping feature auto corrects my address to list the address as two words. When it does this, the address appears to be exactly the same except the map displays a different neighborhood with a street that has a completely different name despite still displaying my address as two words vs one word.

When using Walmart Business to place larger business orders, the orders will often be cancelled due to back end AI security detecting suspicious activity. When representatives are contacted, they tell me to try again in 15min. This produces the same result (order being cancelled). We have stopped using Walmart Business for many of our business needs/purchases because of this.

For the most part WalmartBusiness is solid. A few things that get in the way, especially if you’re used to other grocery delivery apps:
•No way to communicate directly with the shopper or add a note about an item.
•No easy refund option for poor delivery items. If your eggs arrived broken, you’ll have to actually call customer service on the phone for a refund. The only in-app option is to set up return, but who is really driving broken eggs back to the store?
•If there’s any notification options other than email I can’t find them. If you’re not constantly checking your email during the multiple hours long window when someone *might* be shopping your order, it’s likely you’ll miss a substitution or cancellation and end up with things you didn’t want or a half empty order.
