I still don't understand the main purpose of keeping NIDWalletBD and I haven't found any use for NIDWalletBD. Secondly, I haven't found the online copy of my NID, for the work I downloaded with NIDWalletBD. So, what is the use of NIDWalletBD?
It cannot detect my face after trying for minutes
NIDWalletBD simply doesn't work. Waste of time and energy.
The face detection part of NIDWalletBD has is not working even on the iPhone 14 pro max…my face is just on the front camera with a green border around it and thats it!….its not taking me to the next step
After I scan my face, the next page opens with an “x” sign and this message “ We couldn't complete the verification process. Please try again.”
App doesn't recognize my face and take me to the next step even though my face is within the green box
Face detection taking so long time but still not taking the face and there is no other option to complete this process
I waited about 1 hour for finding my face. But The performance of NIDWalletBD is totally 0.
I’ve been holding the facial ID for verification for over half an hour, it still doesn’t recognise it, can’t recover my account
