Tronlink: TRX & BTT Wallet Reviews

I’m new to this wallet and things seemed to have been smooth this far but recently realized that about 2,000 of my TRX had gone missing/stolen with no track of where it went. I was able to notice this because I had taken A screenshot of where I was before to where it’s at now. I had swapped my tron token to bitcoin but it still showed me how much tron I had swapped. Bitcoin was at around $29,000 per token and a few hours later bitcoin started going up so I was now about $80 up in profit because it had then hit about $31,000 Later I opened Tronlink and noticed bitcoin had gone more up and was around $34,000 so I said sweet I must be more in profits but when I opened up this app to check, my profits were gone, noticed that about 2,000 tron token worth of bitcoin were taken and I was back to what I had originally started with and then bitcoin dropped and now I’m in losses. I emailed support twice but they haven’t gotten back to me

When you are logged in to the wallet and under support, if you type withdrawal there is a form in there that says support form. This form is not a true this app support help. This is been manipulated by a posing as a this app support but they are not. This form gets emailed directly to an elaborate scammer. The form is asking you to give up your mneumonic 12 word pass phrase pretending to help you but they will hack and clean up your wallet. This group are on telegram and the admin is binulaj John. He was the guy that hacked my wallet and since he is the admin of this so called fake this app support he will mute you in the group so you will not be able to report it to the this app support group. There has been a lot of people that are getting victimized by this group.

Please remove this form on your wallet help center so no one else will get scammed.

I was real happy with this app when advised to switch away from TokenPocket. Everything worked fine at first. I both imported TRON and sent it to my DApps. Suddenly I can do nothing with my Tron in this app. My value rise to $5,800 but could not find a way to send Mt TRON. No one could help me including the person who recommended this app to me. I tried emailing the company but a window appears saying my password is wrong. So I applied for a new password. Went through the process, but still no joy. Is anyone out there who can help me or get me to a live person in the company? I hope so.

I just love using this app but you are missing something very important why Whitelist mode is not available? I’m tired of having to use my password for every transaction. Please add this and I will definitely give a 5 start rating :)

This application is really buggy. I can’t swap or transfer. It’s using all my 4k+ bandwidth. It will give me a notification in green saying the transfer was complete, as well as the swap, but as soon as I swipe down and refresh everything disappears from the transaction history, as well as my bandwidth; as if the transaction was complete correctly. I then swipe down, refresh the screen and everything disappears in the transaction history. Try to swap, same thing happens. I can’t even send the ETH back to my Trust Wallet, does the same thing. Makes it seems as if the transaction is complete until you refresh.

Do yourself a favor and don’t bring your money in this trashy app/wallet, use kucoin, all these 5 star reviews look so fake, I was starting to think it was a scam when it took me a week to withdraw a currency when it kept failing and it didn’t tell me why, all that nonsense with energy, bandwidth, freezing trx is a bunch of GARBAGE. They don’t answer their support emails I sent. If a withdraw fails, all my energy and bandwidth went to 0 and had to wait again and again and again, use something else that doesn’t require all of this stupidity.

I tried transferring my token to my brothers wallet since he wanted to start an investment in cryptocurrency. I sent him 20 at first. It never went through but then it was deducted and it never showed up in my transaction history. Neither did he receive it too. I did so twice and I’m now at a loss. Please try and fix your wallet cos I can’t lose money just like that. I have about $7000 worth of tokens in there.

So I have now 4 tickets open with customer support that have not been touched in months!!! 1 regarding how some USDT in a very large amount was sent from my account to another. As well as now I have a good amount of TRX in my wallet that I can’t do anything with due to a “Failure Signature” which doesn’t make sense due to having changed to multiple different Nodes. So what this all comes down to is that TRX IS A SCAM! Especially Tronlink since they do not respond to any of their customers or CARE to even help!!!

This is a very professional wallet software. When I use it, it will give me my personal key, and others will not know, this is very safe. And as an app, when I open it, the response is very fast. This saves my time and I highly recommend everyone to download it.

Have had no problems 2 years in. I just question the random airdrops the you receive that have no value. Another than that it’s been perfect wallet for me.

Looking into these airdrops and connecting your wallet can cost you hundreds of USD. Would like to see this app to do more about blocking these scams. Example, provide a report widget or have the ability to delete this fake token from your wallet.
