My parcel was delivered. But I must give one complaint. I have specifically written, stated, entered, and made completely clear that this was an anniversary gift. Yet the card sent to my receiver had “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” written. I do not understand the point of so many options of personalizing if basic instruction cannot be followed. This is not a small mistake. Such unprofessionalism is not expected from a shop like sugary gifts. They could not ensure what was specifically ordered and paid an expensive amount of money for. Utter disregard shown for the customers orders. A bit unsatisfied as a customer in this case. Please take care next time. Thank you

I remember ordering a gift hamper for a friend during pandemic though Sugary. I do not know how many times I woke up my contact person with my changes and new requests and I do not remember he was ever bothered with my early morning or late night calls. And this time when I was planning to order something special for my special one, only Sugary came on my mind because of their professionalism, timeliness, vast range of choices for gifts, online payment options, adaptability, can-do attitude at any point, with any changes or questions.
