Hate the bubble boxes and font is too large

The bubble boxes are too much. I like to see my accounts without it looking like a cartoonist is behind the info displayed. The font is way too big and when I transfer funds from one account to the other the amount I’m entering doesn’t even fit on the same line. Hard to read if the amounts are broken up by landing on separate lines. Please bring back the old App it was nicer and I could see everything without scrolling down a page over and over and over again.

Is decent enough

For what I do LibertyBankCT is fine .though I liked the old apps design layout and color scheme better ..the new features, Face ID and snap shot are nice additions. Can’t tell what my “star rating “ above is as the stars dont seem to change colors when tapping them. I meant to hit 3 stars ,which would be more if not for the latest update . LibertyBankCT now only works in portrait view. Not a huge problem but annoying to me as I never use portrait unless I have to because of LibertyBankCT . Emailed tech support and got a response fairly quick that they're working to correct it. It’s Coming up on a week (that’s 7 days )since I got that response ,which makes me worry maybe there’s more issues in the background that I don’t know about. I’m not tech savvy at all but would’ve thought fixing just a viewing issue would’ve been an easy fix …? Maybe I’m way off , sort of hope I am .that way I dont have to worry about the tens of dollars in my account getting “hacked”away from me 😬

TOO BRIGHT

I work overnights and it feels like i am being blinded by the mid day sun reflected off of the snow left after a blizzard on a prairie every time I open LibertyBankCT. For the sake of everyone’s retinas make a dark mode available before we all go permanently blind. I am literally avoiding LibertyBankCT now because it hurts. ALSO Thanks for being concerned about our privacy by making it so bright you can read the screen from 3 states away! All the 5 people behind me in line being able to read my account totals is just how I like to shop!

Pros: Some of the functionality is better including the Face ID but the aesthetic design of the buttons for the accounts and some of the functionality of the pending lines is killing it for me.
Pro: The menu selections on the bottom were actually a really nice touch. Good spot for them.

Mortgage payments

I do not like the changes to the way that I can pay my mortgage on line. Before I could pay the “normal” payment early if I preferred. Now my normal payment shows $0.00 due until the actual due date.

That’s a poor change. The earlier version was better.

Good

Nice new look to LibertyBankCT , FaceID support is way better than the previous. Couple of things: There is a design issue in the “show details” on an account where it shows the account number in one tile with the hide/show icon, while also having the account number on full display with no asterisks on another tile a couple down… so there’s no point in A) having it twice B) hiding it, if it’s shown with no hide option a couple tiles down. Also, please make it so you can see both your current and available balance on the main screen, I really don’t like having to click on show details to see it… LibertyBankCT really closely follows the TD bank app and they have a “pending” AND “available” box on the normal account screen, Im not sure if you found that having 2 numbers was confusing for customers but at least give the option to turn it on so that it’s on the main screen instead of having to go into details, and a pending funds box would be nice.

Works Well— But a Suggestion

So far the new App is working well for me. I do have one suggestion. When you first open LibertyBankCT and see your list of accounts, for mortgages it is not very useful to see that no additional money is available (it never is). For mortgages it is much more relevant and useful to see if and when a payment is due, which you cannot view without opening some additional screens. This information was visible upfront with the old App.

Huge Improvement - Clean & Intuitive

This is a massive improvement over the last banking app and feels much more like my Capitol One & Chase banking experiences now. Super easy to use and find what your looking for. Love it!!

Great New Mobile Banking App

The new app is a huge improvement. Better design, more intuitive, more functionality. And the communication program announcing the rollout was clear, concise and well-timed. Great job all around!

Really nice improvement

Runs really well. Face ID makes it easier to login. The Snapchat feature makes it easier to check account balance without logging in.

App liberty banking

I enjoy LibertyBankCT but the previous one was better. You could seen transactions quicker and knew exactly what your balance was and it show current balance and pending transactions balance.

Great bank

I have been with Liberty bank for many years and they are always there to answer a question or fix a problem. I just wish they didn’t have such a big turnover with help. I wouldn’t switch so please don’t close!!

And to think I was a loyal Citibank customer for 30 years. All those fees. Mobile and Online banking sure makes life easier and the new Liberty Bank mobile app is as good or better than the big banks… get AWAY from big banks!

Miss the old app

This new versions only perk is the snapshot when opening. Every time I click to open it and see transactions it force closes. Maybe by the 3rd time I can actually get into them. iPhone 14 pro max

This new app is like going from coach to first class

I had the original app for my business and personal accounts was very hard too maneuver through this new app is night and day compared to the old one very easy to maneuver through

Advancement

I’m very impressed with the new format and look of LibertyBankCT . It is way better than the previous version. Loving the new snapshot feature. I find I’m not having any issues logging in and the ease of navigation through out is very user friendly.

New app

Really enjoying the new app design and lay out. I personally prefer app functions than going into the branch. They should add onto here functions of adding a new bank account, requesting a atm/debit card/credit card if you have one. Linking the credit card app to LibertyBankCT. Few different things they could add. But this lay out just works much better than the old one.

Quickbooks Online - Requires manual entry or download

The software update caused an issue with Quickbooks Online.

Where before, transactions would auto populate where they just need to be recorded/categorized in Quickbooks Online.

Now, we need to manually enter transactions or download and import them into Quickbooks Online from Liberty’s new baking dashboard.

In my opinion, they dropped the ball on the most important feature.

I use Quickbooks Online daily and now this has caused a bottleneck. Been a loyal customer for 18 years. I’ve used them for loans, personal accounts, business accounts and consider the staff friends.

Sadly, exploring alternative options for baking as customer support has lead me to believe there is no definitive solution in the near future.

A Tech Advancement

The transition from old to new was very smooth with a great advance in the look, feel and operation. Logging in has now become much easier. The snap shot feature is very handy and viewable without the need to login to LibertyBankCT . Managing accounts is easy and feature rich. Overall look is clean and easy on the eye. Especially, like the ease of transferring funds between accounts. A great advancement and an accolade to Liberty Bank!

Long Overdue

This updated app was long overdue! Love all the new features. LibertyBankCT is much more user friendly and looks great. It would be amazing if there was an option to add the snapshot feature as a widget for iPhones.
