So besides the error of me not being able in right now with my password and having to use the last of my change to go home, the real time tracking, bus times locations don’t for nothing, it ask for your location then sends you to “palisades lot J” it seems like they let 3rd graders use there sony “my first app” program for this app? Avoid this bus and app as much as possible
Not A Metro-North App! Use TrainTime App Instead!

Tried getting a Metro-North train ticket through this app, but the ticket person on the train did not recognize my ticket or this app. I think maybe I got a bus ticket on accident, but it was impossible to tell in the app. If you want a Metro-North or LIRR ticket, use the TrainTime app instead!
No Access to purchased Tickets

The app is only giving info on out of service trips. Nothing else is accessible. Cannot access my pitched tickets or any other info. Website is not helpful either.
