Horrible platform for sellers, escrow is not safe and will release your funds to people before they have paid. Staff will not fix this issue or give any compensation for lost coin due to this bug. AVOID!

Submitted MULTITUDE OF PROOFS showing I sent this Nigerian $600 and BitValve support was the rudest of all, contacting me as a regular person and cussing at me, calling me the scammer when I in fact had proof including bank statement. Now I am out $600 and my rent may be at risk because BitValve DOES NOT follow federal regulations.

Everyone please follow and reports to FTC, their CEO, ATTORNEY GENERAL, CFPB, and BBB let’s get this scammy app shut DOWN!

Binance closed my account so i had to move crypto to any wallet and i got stuck with this wallet send my shiba here and now I can’t withdraw it

Contacted support and no respone

No customer care service to reach out to when there are issues with BitValve . Secondly BitValve generally is so glitchy, I can’t get my offer to be active.

Biggest pile of trash site/app. Make you go to email to confirm transaction, but don’t tell you. If you don’t figure it out on your own they just keep the money in your/their wallet—not to mention this p2p exchange makes you first send the money to them then to your wallet oh and charge you every step of the way. P2P means you trade with someone else no middle man, no exchange, they are trying to play both games at once. And don’t even get me started on how bad the interface is, you can’t even sort your results and they are not organized by price or anything as far as I can tell. It’s so trash. Either they are charging sellers who post to be shown first or they have no idea what they are doing.

Traders on BitValve are wack at least they should reply to chat even if they are not willing to buy or cancel trade offer if they aren’t ready to chat or buy
