How to fix BoBo World app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BoBo World app on iPhone
Update BoBo World app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BoBo World iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BoBo World on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BoBo World network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BoBo World not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BoBo World app issues:

Force Stop the BoBo World App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BoBo World app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BoBo World to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BoBo World App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BoBo World app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BoBo World.

Fix BoBo World unable to contact server/ BoBo World internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BoBo World » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BoBo World » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BoBo World on android.
