Can you help? someone has hacked my profile, my name was "Stu7", now "ImposingPerson45" the game keeps freezing also, wonder if this is due to someone causing the problem with the hack? How do I change the name back? many thanks

Tried to save progress last night and it changed my player name. When I tried to change it back, I lost all my progress. Still showed the same ships, etc. But not able to access. Now, no home screen shows up when I open app. It opens on a beginner screen. I really like the game but it has constant issues. This is definitely the worst one. Would appreciate any help.

Hi I keep having synchronisation and login issue Is impossible to play live and I keep losing progress Even when sometime I have access ti life some meute later appear message saying to. Check Internet connection Any solution?
