It is impossible to cancel the monthly subscription. They have continually charge me for a year on a monthly basis with not way to cancel through the app. When I go to their website and try to log in it says my account doesn’t exist even though I am using the same log in that I use for the app and the same information from the app. I do not recommend.

This app and the device are not working properly. I even subscribed to their monthly cloud service hoping that it would fix the issues. However, after ordering the subscription service, the app stopped working and there’s no option to cancel the subscription. Waste of time and money!

I tried to connect the doorbell to my Wi-Fi three separate times two different ways. None of which worked. I tried customer service. All they do is send you to their website that has no links to talk to anybody at all.
