Too many errors

- The app wouldn’t locate our local store when I entered my address. By clicking on the ‘current address’ finder the app brought up our local store but the address finder was not our actual address.
- When I attempted to begin my order I kept getting an error message. I deleted the app and reinstalled. This corrected the problem and I was able to enter our order.
- Then the app wouldn’t allow me to apply my reward of a free small cheese pizza with purchase of a beverage to my order. Again, I kept getting an error message saying the reward was invalid, which it was not. I had added the required beverage to our order. I wound up deleting the beverage from my order since I couldn’t get the free cheese pizza.
The old app was bad but this new one is not any better so far. Please fix these bugs
Login issues and no deals offered

I love Papa Gino’s pizza but I have not ordered I’m a couple of weeks since I have not been able to login and order using the app. I like the convenience of app ordering. I have attempted to reset my password numerous times but for some reason I have not received the e mail link with password reset. The fact that I was not able to claim my birthday offer before it expired that I received in my email was a let down. Another thing that is a let down that I just realized today is if you visit their website directly they offer many different deals that are not offered in the app. I was surprised to see that the website has offers the app does not. Hopefully the app will be updated to offer deals and work properly for logging in.
Doesn’t work

First time I used the app I ordered pickup and when I clicked “order now” it gave me an error message. I had an error message come up a couple times and had to call the store to confirm they got the order because the app didn’t confirm that the order was placed, and they did receive the order. Now the second time I tried to use the app, this time for delivery, I couldn’t even start the order because when I select the delivery address and click “order now” it gives an error message and I can’t get past that page.
