Very Expensive

Don’t know what it is doing.

I did not order Authenticator was charged please refund

I have not been able to get to the point where I can enter my mobile number, or my Salesforce account number on Authenticator. I’m sure it makes perfect sense to whoever wrote it, but it makes no sense to me and I have been using computers and applications without any problem for many years. Not only that but I was forced to buy the annual service twice just to get to the point where I’m writing a review. All this in 15 minutes if I could give it a negative score

Just another way to collect subscription fees.

Just more junk to attempt to sale things to you.

Be careful when you setup because I didn’t pay attention and I signed up for premium

This is a real way to stole money from unaware users. On top of it, never worked !! and I had to reset all sign in process. Wasted money and time !!

I got a new phone and everything transferred over except Authenticator. I cannot log into my business website without it. And I cannot reach anyone for help in disabling my two factor code so that I can actually work in my website. I am losing money every day and cannot see customers orders. I would definitely find an this app app that has is there to help you in time of need. Someone you can talk to when you run into real issues --this company is not there to help.

How do I unsubscribe from Authenticator my child made this order and it took money out my account now i need to cancel my subscription i need help

I now HATE this this app with a strong passion now I got a new phone logged back into my apple account downloaded this back so that I can get back into my account on Roblox but when I tried to log in Roblox it says it needs the this app pin so I try and get it and for some apparent reason it isn’t there at all I don’t know why but you guys are seriously the worst authenthicator I’ve used.

My company requires this, and no matter what you do, it doesn’t work. Also, there is no customer support at all.

Obnoxious revenue grab. On top of annual software subscription - and apparently trying to grasp access to addition user information.

This is why many no longer trust MicroSoft and will try to avoid dependency on them in the future.

Does not operate as advertised - disappointing

Wasn’t ready for another charge for something I wasn’t informed about and May not use, a subscription when stated one time payment.

Not interested in downloading your app in the first place, let alone being up sold a $50 service, thank you. All this just to authenticate? Give me a break.

Used Authenticator for a year without fail, but then upon upgrading my iPhone Authenticator would not restore itself despite my having paid for a lifetime subscription. After no response to online emails asking repeatedly for support, I gave up and found another this app.

MICROSOFT IS TOO GREEDY! Sell you everything under the sun before you get it to work!!!

To expensive.
