Issue with GOMO eSIM — Device Incompatibility & Refund Request Hi GOMO Support, I recently purchased GOMO eSIM on october 10, 2025 for ₱449, but I found that my phone is not compatible with the eSIM. Can not register my sim number in gomo application, how can I load yet cant register in gomo app? Thanks

The OTP option to send via email is “wait locked”. I manage several sims and most of them are on pocket wifis. Developers did not think this through.
Likewise still no option to manage several numbers and do a quick user switch.
Annoying.
