Doesn’t recognize my Serial number

I scanned the QR code and verified it on the canyon website but the app gives an error message that the serial number is invalid
Not working at all and customer support is not in English

So excited to try out the app but even though it said success at connecting to my Spectral On the bike finder says it can’t be located due to connection. I can’t see the bike on my blue tooth on my phone so not sure what’s up.

I don’t want an account. I just wanted to browse bikes and get assembly steps. Can’t get past the splash screen without registering for an account.
